So glad to have found this shop. Just received another fantastic hat from The Fur Bobble Shop at a very reasonable price. The hat is every bit as stunning as the pictures and brings a huge dose of colour and wow factor to cheer up the grey winter months! The owner is super responsive and clearly cares about her clients. I will definitely be expanding the collection again soon

I have now got 3 hats from this company. They are all fantastic and the service and speed of delivery are great.

I bought a black merino wool hat with a natural pom pom. Delivery was within 3 days and the item turned up with a nice storage bag. The hat fits really well, and looks great. The only downside is that the merino is not as soft as I expected compared to other merino items I have got.

Wish I could give 6 stars. Ordered two bobbles they are gorgeous both slightly different can't decide which. I like best

Fantastic service! Ordered beginning of December 2022 and bobble hat received promptly within a couple of days. Product is excellent, I bought an angora bobble hat. Lovely quality and comes in a drawstring white bag. Definitely recommend.

Always ordered hats from here but the last one I ordered I’m very disappointed with as the quality/shape isn’t great. Definitely won’t be ordering anymore.

Really lovely large fluffy bobbles but the hats themselves are really large. I wouldn’t say that I have a small head but the hats are enormous on me so they don’t keep the head warm with air getting through underneath. But disappointed for the price paid

I have bought from Nikki @ fur bobble shop for 4 years plus now I have about 15 hats with all large pom poms these hats are amazing quality for the price I get stopped all the time asking where I get my hats from & to be able to swap the pom poms with what your wearing is great I have also purchased for friends for birthdays & Xmas also & they’re over the moon I always say you get what you pay for I use STERGANT to hand wash the hats & they come up excellent every time I will be buying more again soon as Nikki has brought out nice bright colours this year & they are fab looking …Nikki is on the ball always with my requests every year nothings a hassle 🤗😊

Such a fabulous quality hat and the customer service from Nikki was outstanding! I requested a fur bobble hat with a large Bobble with black tips and they kindly took my request onboard and I received the best fur hat I’ve ever purchased and I’ve purchased lots but from now on I will only use fur bobble shop as they are the BEST. Nikki always replied to me promptly and was so helpful which was really appreciated, thanks again 5 star

Wonderful, friendly service. Dealt with a minor courier issue in a way few companies do, Nikki took ownership to solve it and went out of her way to get the delivery to me as promised. Fur bobble hat is gorgeous too! Highly recommend

Quality product and outstanding customer service. I love the way the hat has a sturdy large dome attaching the bobble on. The hat is a thick and beautifully knitted and the bobble is luxurious. I love wearing it!! Wouldn't hesitate to buy from here again. :)

I have received prompt and helpful emails over my problems placing an order on line. I advised Nikki that all was well with ordering but my first choice was sold out.The next day I received an email advising me they now had my preferred hat back in stock - would I like to have my order changed ? That’s what I call customer service - if only the large companies would show such customer care ! Well done Fur Bobbles !!
