Wouldn't buy my hats anywhere else, The Fur Bobble shop have a fabulous selection.
I know own four always get asked where there from, great qualify wool not itchy and with the clip on bobbles u can swap them from hat to hat.
And the customer service is second to none Nikki is amazing. Definitely recommend the fur Bobble hat shop.

Gorgeous hats & excellent customer service! My daughter & I have a few Fur Bobble hats now & love them. I had a slight issue with my recent purchase but Nikki dealt with it the same day/evening. She was still working at 10.30pm, dispatching my parcel. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend & will be back for more. Thank you Nikki.

Poor customer service. Paid for next day delivery and didn't receive my item for over a week. No refund or discount even suggested, instead the email replies were how Nicola runs a small business with minimum profit margins. Erm hello, if you can't honour a service, don't create one. Disgusted at the replies. Mediocre quality items for all that hassle. Rather just buy from selfridges or harrods directly. For a tiny fraction more, it's well worth skipping on this ridiculous site.

I received my order of an angora hat with fur bobble, it is absolutely gorgeous and I totally love it! I am so delighted with it, its amazing quality and very luxurious, I will be ordering more :-) My order arrived very quickly too. This review is for my second order from fur bobble. Kelly was extremely helpful and prompt in replying to my emails. She went the extra mile to send me another item (after the 1st order got taken by someone thanks to dpd!!) not only did Kelly send me another item but she went to the post office herself to ensure it was posted. I was taken back by how amazing this service was considering the lost parcel was dpds fault. Thank you Kelly. The fur bobble hat was for my sister in law and she loves it. Highly recommend. Good quality which it why I was so thankful to be sent another one. Hard to find a decent but affordable bobble hat.

The hat is fantastic. However, the packaging that the hat came in was LUDICROUSLY large! The box for the hat itself was perfect size. But the shipping box was enormous. Seriously need to address that!

I would give no stars at all is website accepted it, never buy products from this website, I have bought a hat in the past and was pleased with it , sent for the same hat for my niece and another hat in different colour, but quality of fur bobbles was totally inferior to first order, so returned both hats on the same day as I received them by tracked mail on 28 th February. I received my credit card statement yesterday and the items were still on it and had not been refunded over a month later, I tried ringing them to see what was going on no reply all day, so I sent them emails explaining and quoting order number and tracking number via post office, still no reply and it states on their website that all emails will be replied to within 24 hours, I did my own research with Royal Mail and it turns out that my parcel was returned to them on March 1 st and they had to leave a while you were out card for them either to rearrange delivery to themselves or collect from sorting office, if I can find these simple facts out, they obviously don’t care where my parcel is they’ve taken my money not only for the hats but for postage on top, plus the postage I had to pay to make sure the item was tracked back to them, and one month on my parcel is still in their local sorting office and I’ve had to pay the bill for items I don’t have; I’ve a good mind to take this further, as it is theft , I rang the parcel depot after along search for the correct department and they are now seeing if I can at least have the parcel returned to myself at a further charge; rather than waste over £50 but by the time I’ve finished if I succeed in having them returned to me, I will have paid out£15 in postage for hats that aren’t up to saleable standard; I’ve tried emailing them again today and surprise surprise the web site is unobtainable under maintenance, so please spare yourselves the expense and worry and do NOT under any circumstances order from them I’m now out of pocket £64 for items costing £51

From ordering to delivery I received an excellent service. On receipt of my hat I was not disappointed in the colour or fit and absolutely love it. Would highly recommend this shop and the quality of hat is second to none. Would definitely buy again from this shop.

I ordered a black cable knit hat with an XL natural-raccoon bobble from this company and LOVE it. The quality and feel far exceeded my expectations. As luck would have it, my original order got tangled up in Heathrow customs on its way to USA, but Nikki replied to my emails, tracked down the order, reshipped it, AND added a lovely black fur bobble as a gift. Definitely worth the wait, and overall a very reasonable price for the quality.

Further to my previous review. Fur Bobble customer service (who by the way is also the owner) has refused to issue the bobble!

I cannot believe the stress a bobble can cause!! After approximately 15 emails and two extremely clear pics that clearly evidenced the issue I have not got the energy to continue. For my own
sanity, I will just have to accept the fact that I will just have to make do with a product that I didn’t order and paid more for than I should have. It is not right though and never should have got to this point. I am not one to use review sites generally but people should be aware of this and I hope no one else has to experience this treatment.

I will absolutely NEVER use this company again. Absolute disgrace!!!

I have OCPD (Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder). So I would spot every little details. I had an issue with one of the hats I ordered. It was really little though, but I am ill and it bothered me. So, I e-mailed them and they got back at me in no time. Nikki was so patience and kind. Problem solved. I am really happy and definitely going to buy more products from them!

I have ordered a few times from here. The service they provide is fab and communication is great. The items are lovely too! I would highly recommend! 💝

I was truly hoping my experience would be different, but unfortunately I have to agree with the rest of the people who got their order late and ended up paying for the return postage and only receiving a partial refund (excluding the initial postage).
I would say It's poor customer service because at the end of the day they chose that delivery partner who is unable to deliver in time. It's even worse when you pay for next day delivery and you receive the order after 5 days.
