The Fur Bobble Shop Avis 

I’ve ordered two bobble hats from this company first one was perfect:) second one I ordered had a pull in the wool I contacted them by email and sent a screenshot of the fault and my order details. With in a week I was sent out a new hat which I might add is perfect. So for me customer service was fantastic and the products are lovely:) on a side note I did not have to pay for any returns or postage of new hat but maybe that’s because I just wanted to exchange a faulty product:)

Ordered the hat on Friday, delivery said 4 working days, arrived next day, great quality product and service, you won’t de disappointed, even received texts to say when it was to be delivered.

I am very satisfied with the quality of the products received and the customer service offered. These hats are stunning, they fit well, they are warm and, overall, they are super stylish. The price is modest for the products received and I personally think these hats are comparable in quality to luxurious brands' ones. As far as delivery is concerned, despite delays being due to the delivering company (not due to the seller), the customer service offered by the shop was great and I feel like I have been supported throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this seller and I will place another order pretty soon! Thanks!

I ordered a fur Pom Pom hat on Black Friday (weekend) from the fur bobble shop. I received a email within 2 days to inform me that the colour I had chose unfortunately was out of stock due to high demand on a manic weekend. However I was given a full list of all the alternative hats that were available or I was given the opportunity for a full refund. I chose a different hat which arrived within a few days plus a free gift!! Absolutely delighted what fantastic customer service and the communication was second to none. Thank you Nikki at the fur bobble shop you have definitely exceeded my expectations.

I echo several others' experience with the shockingly poor and unprofessional customer service, in particular with regards to their lack of postage refunds. The phone is never answered having tried 9 times over 3 days and if you leave a voicemail they never call you back so you have to communicate via email.
Having ordered the hats, one of them was incorrect upon arrival. I asked for them to send the correct one to me only to be told I had to return the wrong one back at my own cost despite the error at their end as they don't have the facility to send a prepaid returns label. Several days and more emails later, most were very curt and unprofessional, this was still not resolved as they wouldn't back down so I gave up and bought the hat I wanted elsewhere.
Be careful as you could end up paying for postage to have the items sent to you plus postage returning the items if they get it wrong! Order at your own peril!
Also, the hats have no labels on them so you have no idea where they are made, how to wash/clean them, what % of each materials it is made with. Very suspicious.

love the hats, ordered a couple of cashmere and a merino wool hat, quality is great, my friends have some to and they love them just as much, perfect on time delivery to :)

After seeing many people wearing pom pom hats I decided to buy one. I found The Fur Bobble Shop on line and ordered a hat for myself and one for my son's girlfriend. They arrived within a few days, well packed and protected and were absolutely lovely. The hats are of a good quality knit and the pom poms are full and luxurious. Both me and my son's girlfriend have been complimented by strangers on how nice the pom poms look and how the hats suit us. This company has restored my interest in hats and I have no hesitation in recommending them. I was more than happy with the quality and price of their products.

I have just received my order of 3 bobble hats and oh my goodness they are amazing. The service was so quick and excellent value. The hats are so comfortable and look fantastic. I will definitely be buying from this company again and would recommend them.

I have ordered from this company numerous times and have always been thoroughly impressed with the prompt service and great value for money. I once had to return an item and I called and received excellent customer service. The lady on the phone could not of been more helpful. I have recommended this company to lots of my friends and family who have also ordered and been really happy with their purchases.

I have bought items from this shop twice and should have actually avoided this shop after the first time when I got a product of a really poor quality and wasting enough money for the delivery (for some reason they use expensive delivery service). I just returned it back, got my refund and forgot about them. The product I ordered cost more than 35£ but was definitely not worth it. That should have taught me a lesson..... but recently I got an email from them saying that they offered huge
sales at that moment. So I decided to order 3 hats from them with a pom -Pom. I was quite satisfied with what I got except for 1 hat- ELECTRIC BLUE WITH A NAVY POM POM ( as it was said and shown on their site). The hat which I got was far from being electric blue but rather dark blue. Needless to say that I didn't like the way it looked and sent it back. But before sending it back I called them 10 times and since I didn't get through to them because nobody ever answered I sent them an email asking if they could possibly reimburse me the cost of the delivery of the item back to them (on their site they say they will do it if the item sent is not as described). 24 hours later I still didn't get an answer, so I sent them another email. By that time I had already sent the hat back. The person who answered my email refused to reimburse the money for the delivery saying that they sent me exactly the hat shown on their site and that they had never got any complaints about the color from their customers. I asked when I can call and talk to the manager( if they have him) but she said that nobody is available to answer the phone since I am not their only customer. Actually none of them are available 24/7. She was really rude and inattentive. She answered my letters in an informal way asking me to keep my "aggression " to myself. She asked me to send her a pic of the hat I got though I told her 3 times that I had already sent it back by then- as if she had never read my numerous emails. She just acted silly letting me know that she is not going to do anything to meet my needs and interests. That's a very suspicious online shop with poor customer service. They just simply don't care about their customers and take NO responsibility for the quality of their products which are very often of poor quality and not as shown on their site. Be careful with them, but I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to shop with them. Absolutely unprofessional people. I am returning the other 2 hats back to them too and don't want to get anything from them again. I hope I will get my refunds. There are so many other good shops where y can get the same products of much better quality and for a more reasonable price. Don't waste yr time and money with them ( and save yr delivery expenses)! Of course I will not get any poorer from paying for the delivery service BUT their attitude is AWFUL!!!!

Ordered my hat on Monday it arrived the next day. Better than description. Great fit. Kelly was very helpful. Definitely recommend.

Sent a hat that was to small, more of a child's size. I read their returns policy for guidelines and straight away became concerned. They take absolutely no responsibility for an item they say they have not received even with proof of returns receipt, which is a pity as I cannot fault quality.
No customer care, disappointed...

I ordered a hat for my 20 month old granddaughter recently. I've ordered from this company before both for adults and children. When the hat arrived I was shocked at how small it was and actually thought there was a newborn size which I had mistakenly ordered. I contacted The Fur Bobble Company and sent them a photograph of the hat and the dimensions. They asked me to send it back but I decided to use it as a present for a new born baby. I still needed a hat for my 20 month old granddaughter and no one seemed interested in answering any of my questions. I sent a photo of my granddaughter with the hat perched on top of her head but have had no response. Was the hat a one off? All they had to do was compare the measurements I sent with another hat and I would have been happy to order again.

I first bought a raccoon bobble hat in York and everyone comments on how nice it is. I decided to buy some more on line. The Fur bobble shop hat isnt the same make as the one I bought in York but they are identical. The price is a little steep when you include postage but it really is lovely.
The rainbow bobble is stunning and as they are on a popper I can mix and match with my others.

So I'll start with the positives - the hats are pretty good, some of the poms are ok (more on that later!) and when they do send it out, you will get it next day. So if you know what you want, order online, I can understand why you would be pleased as it would seem that everything went smoothly.

However if you have any questions or issues, this is where you will face problems. Firstly they're close to impossible to get hold of on the phone so you have to email and hope that they answer all your questions. But email response time is really quite varied which is incredible frustrating as I wanted to order my hat just after Christmas and have now settled with a mediocre hat.

Originally I just wanted to exchange the pom, but then decided on wanting to exchange the hat as well. I advised them to minimize on their delivery costs (which I didn't have to do). Then with the replacement hat, the pom was of a much more inferior quality. (I know that fur is a natural product and they are not all the same) However I have seen 4 other poms from them from my own and other people's orders so wrote to them to ask if they would exchange it for me. They refused and would only refund me which I think is very poor. They had sent me an item which was of substandard quality - why would I want a refund, I just wanted a nice pom to go with my hat!!!

It was a super frustrating experience and they are plenty other bobble hat companies that I will now try to get a new pom to replacement the one that I have from them. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

I have ordered three hats in total from this company and the quality of them is so luxurious- the angora hats are so soft and warm with a lovely large bobble - I have had many compliments on them. Each one I ordered was delivered the next day (i ordered in the morning). Their customer service is excellent they reply to emails very promptly and also when I phoned with a query they were very helpful - nothing seemed too much trouble. Will definitely be ordering again ! Order your hat today you won't be disappointed!
