I had a brilliant experience with this company. The website was easy to use and I had no complications. I was worried my hat would not arrive on time for my friend so I emailed the company and got a quick reply. They were able to track my order and my hat arrived on time as promised and it's beautiful! Thanks again and I will definitely use this company again in the future

My daughters hat arrived boxed in the most beautiful quality rib knitted baby blue! There it sat amongst its fluffy real fur tip dyed interchangeable bobbles, some electric blue to vivid turquoise, it's the one present I wish I didn't have to give away as it is a luxury at an affordable price and a classic for all ages! Well done to the fur bobble shop, the only problem is what colour bobble to buy next for it!!

Fantastic bobble hat. Very pleased with the quality and appearance of it! Kept me warm in New York in temperatures of -11 degrees! Stylish with many friends remarking on how good it looked.

I have placed 2 orders within 1 week, the second one on the basis that I really liked what came in my first order. I was extremely impressed by the superb level of customer service. Emails sent at 9.30pm were replied to within 10mn! Both orders were received within 48 hours. Very pleased with my bag charms (great present ideas) and my navy angora bobble hat. Will be back :)

I've shopped with the Fur Bobble Shop several times as their hats make for fantastic gifts - the quality is wonderful and the fur bobbles are both generous & in excellent condition. I have several different colours myself as I wear them all winter long. The staff who run the site have been extremely helpful & friendly, in fact I've recommended the site to friends and they now buy their gifts from them too. I've never been dissapointed by the Fur Bobble Shop & I'll be back again & again to keep adding to my range!

I ordered a hat from this company. I then sent them a message asking if the hats were real fur. Having no response, I telephoned them, no one answered. A couple of days later, I ordered a second hat. The first hat I ordered, turned out to be real fur (still no response from the company). I went on their website, looked up the returns policy and followed the instructions, sending back the hat using a Tracked courier, to the address stated on their website. I sent them a message to cancel the order for the second hat. My message was ignored and they sent the second hat. I refused delivery and they refunded this, but took £3.95 for delivery out of the refund. They had received the first hat, but no refund given. I had to open a Dispute through PayPal. The Fur Bobble Shop asks for me through the Dispute section on PayPal, to send the hat to a completely different address to that stated on their website and provide tracking. Note I had opened the Dispute, because they already have the returned item and note they ignored all communication, until a dispute was open. I provided tracking through the Dispute and tried to email them directly with evidence of tracking and a screenshot of their own website as proof of their return address provided by them. However, the email address they provided through PayPal, doesn't work and it bounced. Thankfully, as PayPal looked over all the evidence I provided and including the address on their own website, I was able to get a full refund. Please don't use this company, unless you intend to keep your purchase, because they don't respond to communication. Use PayPal for the purchas, or make sure your bank will refund you if they do not give you your refund.

My first order was for myself, I ordered a cashmere bobble hat. It was only after I had placed my order that I realised it didn't say in the description that the bobble can be removed for washing, so I emailed them asking to confirm whether it could or couldn't be removed, I actually received the hat before they bothered to reply to me (and they don't despatch quickly!) not only that, they replied that the bobble couldn't be removed, but it can, it is attached by a button! They only sell about 4 different product types, how can their product knowledge be that bad! However the product itself was nice and packaged nicely, so I have ordered 2 more as Christmas presents. When they arrived there were 2 hats but only one box and one set of washing instructions, so I emailed asking if I could have another, I never got a response, so I gave them a call, they wouldn't even let me BUY an extra set. I said I would send them back, as it looks a bit of a cheap product without the presentation box which they said I could do. I asked if they would refund my original postage charge which is a legal requirement in the distance selling regs, they refused. I emailed them a copy of the legal document stating this and once again I was ignored. I have now photocopied the washing instructions and bought another box from a local retailer, as I just couldn't be bothered with a battle, but it looks a bit of a rubbish present with a tatty photocopy! I would seriously not recommend this company, if you struggle this much to buy a product from them, what will they be like if you have a problem with a product??
