Good service from The Green Reaper
It was clear from the web site whether the items I wanted were actually in stock which was important to me as one component had been discontinued by the manufacturer. They arrived promptly and in good condition. Would order from The Green Reaper again.

Dud battery
They sent me a dud battery which obviously hadn't been checked at their end before delivery.
They did try hard to rectify the situation and their communication, I must say, was very good; but it took about 2 weeks before I received a replacement. I had to register the dud battery before they could proceed which was annoying. The Ego products are very good and their prices are reasonable so I would give them another chance.

Delivery issues
The Green Reaper were perfectly fine. They were let down by Fedex who having tried to deliver my lawn mower to a building site and then not delivering on the next rescheduled day, they were impossible to communicate with. Not The Green Reapers fault who were actually very helpful in resolving problem.
