Excellent delivery on the first product
Excellent delivery on the first product
Didn’t say second one was delayed, most of the reply forums were no reply so couldn’t easily get in touch. Made me a bit nervous as this was the first time using them.
2nd parcel came 2 days later
Over all very good, products were original parts as described

Excellent Customer Service
I ordered a garden strimmer, which arrived promptly via FedEx. The package was sealed with FedEx tape and arrived in good condition. After unpacking the strimmer, I found no battery in the box. I bought the item as a complete unit, not just the body. I contacted customer service via the email on the website and received a reply quickly. They asked me to take a picture of the shipping label and the trimmer's serial number, which I did, and said they would look into the issue and apologised for the inconvenience. The next day, I received an email saying they would ship me a new battery. This has arrived, and the strimmer is fantastic. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I would recommend The Green Reaper Company.
P.S. I loved your reply to Ian :-)
