Excellent communications
Excellent communications, and a very impressive delivery arriving a day early! Had a small delivery issue with a scuff on the mower, which was quickly corrected without any fuss and a replacement part arrived within a few days. Can not fault this company for their customer service and most excellent products. Will, without any doubt be back and purchase from them again. Highly recommended.

We purchased a Sunseeker lawnmower from this box shifting company. The lawnmower has failed to operate correctly, going outside boundaries and chopping up plants. The Green Reaper company is a box shifter, offers poor after sales service and their distribution company FGM is also not resolving the issues. My problem started 3 months ago and is ongoing. I won’t be buying from this company again, I urge you to make your own choice. There is a saying, “buyer beware”.

Read the T&Cs carefully
Read the T&Cs carefully as their delivery charges are unusual, e.g. treating the East coast of Scotland different to the West coast, treating the delivery of parts different to "non-parts" etc.

Thank you for taking time to leave your feedback Kevin.
Whilst machinery orders over £100 are subject to free UK delivery, postcode exclusions do apply. All our parts and consumables are subject to a standard delivery charge of £8.50 regardless of location and, in your case, only an extra £1.50 was applied to your order based on your postcode.
Any additional charges are added to the shopping basket upon entering your postcode during the checkout process, so customers are aware of the order total prior to making the decision to complete the transaction.
Kind regards

Ride on mower delivered fully assembled and tested by Green Reaper by someone who explained the controls and made sure I was happy with it before he left. They delivered it over 200 miles for no extra charge. Brilliant service.
