Good prompt service at a good price.

Good price and quickly delivered. One of the items wasn't available and they quickly resolved it offering a replacement without additional cost.

Easy to do business with. Reliable and good reliable delivery.

As others have pointed out, this company is good until the sale is made; after that, everything changes.

I received a damaged item and the after-sales support has been shockingly poor. Customer service is by email only, although the sales department naturally has a telephone number.

Replies have been slow, often taking more than 24 hours, and have consisted of a single line with no greeting, explanation or basic courtesy. On two occasions, they appeared to try to pass the matter to the manufacturer as a warranty issue rather than accepting responsibility as the retailer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

I had intended to purchase further gardening equipment, but after this experience it will certainly not be from The Green Reaper.

Edit: The reply from The Green Reaper is misleading. My initial contact to inform that I had received a damaged item (a Cobra Trimmer) was met with "We will reach out to Cobra and see how they wish to handle the warranty as this will be a warranty damage claim". Even after chasing for further responses their reply was a curt "Let us take this to Cobra and see what they can offer.". I had to stress that I was following my rights under the Consumer Rights Act, that my contract was with them and not Cobra, and that without a partial refund I would return the item for a full refund before they finally took responsibility and offered the partial refund I was requesting. The process took 48 hours, not 24.

They state "Whenever there is an issue with a brand's product, we have to work with them directly.". This may be the case, but their internal dealings with Cobra is not my concern. As a customer my contract is with The Green Reaper, not Cobra, and their attempts to involve the manufacturer could be seen as an attempt to pass responsibility.

It is a shame their after-sales is so poor because their prices and delivery are first-class.

I purchased a number of EgoPower+ Tools from them over a period of ten days. All tools were delivered the next day, free of postage costs, in excellent condition, barring one. This was a Pro Pole Saw Kit; which appeared marked, scratched, used and covered in oil. I completed a feedback form and they were quick to answer. While they tried to understand and process the issue, I realised they won’t be able to get to prompt resolution within the given time frame. I escalated this to their CEO by sending them an email late at night. Once I checked my inbox a few hours later, at around 7AM, the reply for there. I was promised a satisfactory resolution within the same day. This was Friday. Within a few hours, I was advised a new tool would be sent out for the next day delivery (which is not their usual practice) and old one would be collected later. This meant I would be able to utilise the tool, on a day, planned weeks ahead. This was crucial as I am a busy medical doctor and hardly find time for gardening. Therefore I have to plan my gardening days well in advice.

I am really impressed that Mr BM, CEO, fully understood my situation, replied promptly and went overboard to help me out! I have approached CEOs before, but haven’t received such a quick response and swift resolution, as this one. The company has gained a lot of respect, in my eyes, for their business ethic and putting the customer first. My experience suggests customers getting high quality tools in quick time, and if something goes wrong, the business setting it right in a jiffy, even going extra miles.

No doubt I will be their loyal customer and make any further garden equipment purchases through them. I whole heartedly wish them the best and highly recommend them!

My strimmer arrived quickly on a Friday morning, but because I was away for the weekend, I didn’t open it until Monday afternoon. Unfortunately, upon opening, the choke lever fell off.

Even though the company policy states that courier damage must be reported within 48 hours (which I had technically missed), their customer service was fantastic. I spoke with Brian, who was incredibly helpful and arranged for a replacement part to be sent out in a timely manner. I have now received and fitted the new part. While I haven’t had a chance to try out the machine just yet, the service from Green Reaper so far has been very good. Highly recommend for their great aftercare!

I ordered my item late on Wednesday afternoon and it has arrived today (Friday) at 1pm safe and sound. I would like to heap praise on the kind person from the support team who allayed my fears regarding despatch and delivery of my item. I bought a power pruner, battery and charger. Delivery took less than 48 hours.
The first time I tried charging the battery, the charger said it was full but the indicator on the battery said it was nearly flat. Thinking there may be a defect, I contacted the company through their web contact form. I got a reply very soon afterwards and the customer service agent exchanged maybe 4 emails with me whilst we tried to determine whether a return was needed. When they identified that it was user error (I wasn't pushing the battery on properly), there were no recriminations, they were simply pleased to have helped me out.
A decent company, with fair prices, and a true commitment to their customers.
