They never sent the package (but they took the money) they since have ignored my emails and Facebook messages! It’s been 2-3 months

Quality products at a good price. I had to send my rug back as it had a hole in it. It was easy to do and a replacement was sent out quickly. Very happy customer.

Excellent service. Great communication, kept me informed when something wasn't in stock & would take a few days to receive it & then they upgraded the postage to a next day delivery so I still received my order on time.
