Great deal on a big blind
Great deal on a big blind! Really like how much space is in this large one and I can stand up for the first time! Delivered quickly. My only critique is that the material is a little stiff and plasticky. Kind of hard to get it, folded back up and put into the bag versus more traditional fabric.

Zipper opens as fast as I close it.
Two times not once but two times I asked Tidewe how I can get my zipper to stop opening as fast as I close it.
Both times my question was ignored as if the problem would go away. I bought the tent just before winter came last year. Now the zipper keeps popping open while trying to close it.
I only wanted to know how to remedy the problem but customer service apparently has little concerns for customers. I have no other complaints except I am tired of constantly taking 2 steps forward and 1 step backwards on the zipper closure.

Good product
Fast delivery , had small issue with a missing strap but customer service made it right . Set up was a breeze , take down was more involved . An on line video of the takedown would be an improvement. What is on line currently is a bit vague.Overall I'm happy and would purchase Tidewe again
