The products seems to work well I’ll know about how they last as time goes by. My only complaint was time to deliver. I received my items 5 weeks after I ordered. I had no idea delivery would take that long. Delivery time could greatly improve.

the FowlStorm Elite TideShell™ Duck Hunting Jacket is not waterproof.

I bought a new FowlStorm Elite TideShell™ Duck Hunting Jacket that was not waterproof in big storm events. I contacted customer service and they refunded me some of the cost and then told me their jackets were "This jacket is waterproof, but it can't withstand heavy rain." Their return policy does not allow returns based on performance issues. i gave the jacket a 3 star review, but they appear to refuse to post it on their site, i feel like others would appreciate knowing this. i sat out in 2 rain storms and both times my base layers got wet.

Outstanding product/Awkward Customer Service

I have mixed feeling about TideWe. First of all, on the website, it was actually very awkward ensuring I was, indeed, ordering a Men's Large (heated jacket) because of the way it showed up in my cart. (This wasn't a huge deal.,,,just giving you feedback.) Things got frustrating after I ordered. First the heated jackets were sold out. Then I received an email they were back in stock. Then the status was backorder, with a wide, vague range of when it would be shipped. The only way to track it is by installing some random app called "Shop" (This is the part that made me mad) WHY??? Why should I have to install some random application on my phone for a (possibly) one-time order? After waiting a month wondering when this jacket would finally arrive...viola! It arrived and, although it was weeks too late for Christmas....my son absolutely loves his heated jacket. He works outdoors and a couple of his coworkers have now ordered the exact same jacket, because my son has been a walking infomercial for you.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Bought two blinds pre-hunting season. Set them both up in the living room. One had a hole in it, so put it back in the box. Have probably called 10 times over 4-5 months and been assured they would take care of me. Sent emails through site as well. More recently they went so far as to ask me for photos and I sent them. Nothing. Worst customer service/warranty department I have ever interfaced with. Take your money elsewhere.

Love my heated vest

Love my heated vest ! Works better than expected and it’s comfortable. Temps were in the teens yesterday and I wore my vest under my hoodie pushing snow and was very comfortable. BTW it was on medium !

Horrible Customer Service & Delivery

Ordered a battery pack shipped to my father's address, he never received the item. Tidewe customer service gave me the runaround and quite honestly made me feel like I was a thief or lying. Tidewe asked me to have my father check with his neighbors and have my father look around his property for the battery. Pretty impossible when there is 6 inches of snow on the ground. Kept showing me the delivery screen shot and literally made me contact the shipping company. Never in my life when I ordered any products on line was told to contact the shipping company, was waiting for Tidewe to ask me to contact the plane it may arrived on. I added the worry free protection, let me tell you was not worry free at all. Tidewe's delivery company is horrible, they do not even take any pictures of the item delivered to the shipping address you provided to them. My advice get the protection because if you don't receive your item you purchased you are pretty much out of luck. The worry free protection company (SEEL) was very professional and prompt returning my emails and questions. I ordered another battery pack but will never shop at this site again.

Tidewe turkey vest magnets

I bought a turkey vest last season and really like it with the exception of the seat magnets. They are weak and almost worthless. I detached the seat completely and now use the vest without the seat. Is there a solution to this issue so that I can utilize the seat in the field.
