The service was great. I received my item as ordered and expected. However, I was charged nearly as much as the cost of the item, due to tariff increases.

I lost my emergency key to my safe - once I provided confirmation of the purchase, I was able to buy a new key. Tigerking followed up with regard to the delivery of the keys and I am most grateful to them for their excellent customer service.

The SPARK 13.12 cu.ft safe you ordered is too heavy for the CEVA white glove service you selected — only FedEx can provide white glove delivery for the SPARK 5922 safe, and even then, some addresses may not qualify for second-floor delivery. We’ve already processed a full refund for your order. We truly apologize for the trouble this has caused and hope for your kind understanding.

The digital board stopped working on…
The digital board stopped working on our safe. I ordered an external battery from TigerKing that didn’t allow us to open the safe. So I ordered the replacement keys, which do work. But in order to receive a new board, I was told I needed to leave a 5 star review before they will send the new board.
I am not going to leave a 5 star review until I had confirmation parts were shipped. SAD THAT A COMPANY HOLDS SERVICES HOSTAGE UNTIL YOU GIVE A 5 STAR THAT SO FAR IS NOT DESERVED!!!!!

terrible after purchase customer service
received the $2,500.00 safe on 9/10/25 WITHOUT THE USER MANUAL. When i texted and emiled asking to send me the manual for my safe they sent me a home made video.the video itself is very amateur and DOES NOT replace the manual. It is now 9/15/25 and STILL no manual. I asked them to send the manual by USMAIL asap AND I AM STILL WAITING.
