They have excellent and quick turn around on their services. My safe was dropped and cracked on the front right corner and rolled with its wheels (which was black as day as if it was used as a shopping cart)…after the day it was arrived I was excited and opened the box and removed the cushions (close to the wheels), and then I was about to pick it up…but saw there were the issues. Sent the email to them along with the phone number, and the next day and they sent me an email with a new tracking for the safe. Impressed. Most companies will take 48hrs and barely under a few hours. Called around 10pm ETA email was sent to me around 3am..give or take an hour..because I wake up at 5am and I’m also a director of customer service, and have never seen this before this time frame. Well done, you taught me to train my Team even faster for our service.

All paid, no safe.
Well, my in-stock order was confirmed 22July and “shipped” 23 July. It’s 07 August and I still have no safe nor any communication from anyone at TK as to where my safe is.

Despite our efforts, your package still took far too long to reach you, and for that, we are truly sorry.
To make up for this experience, we’ve issued you a $100 refund as compensation for CEVA’s delivery delay. Moving forward, we will be working even harder to choose and manage our delivery partners, so we can provide faster and more dependable shipping — especially for white glove service.

When we ordered online
When we ordered online, you wanted us to choose what kind of delivery service. Without paying for it, the order will not be delivered so we waited for several months but to choose the White Glove service worth $350 but to our dismay, the safe which is taller and heavier than us was delivered just at our garage, still with box. No way will I recommend Tiger King. Very poor after sales service. Hard to communicate.

We’ve confirmed with FedEx that white glove service was not provided during delivery. This was an unexpected situation, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We’ll be issuing a full refund for the FedEx white glove service fee as quickly as possible.
At TigerKing, we always communicate with our customers before shipping—confirming the delivery method, whether white glove service via CEVA or FedEx is needed, and whether the item should be delivered to the first or second floor. Only after confirming these details do we proceed with shipment.
However, in rare cases, local delivery personnel may not be able to provide white glove service, and unfortunately, this is something we cannot predict in advance.
We truly apologize again and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.

The safe we ordered was the perfect size and, was delivered as scheduled. The company was immediately responsive when we were having difficulty setting our passcode ( didn’t realize code must be set within 6 seconds)

Safe "safely" arrived!
After ordering the safe, I was kept informed of its progress and shipping status. Other questions I had were promptly answered to my satisfaction. The delivery by FEDEX Freight was on time and the driver was courteous with updates as to his arrival. The safe arrived in good condition with no damage. The packing was very good. Since arrival of the safe three days ago, I have had no problem with it. I did read other reviews that were not as positive but I did not experience any problems. My experience was very positive.
