Tile Doctor Ltd Avis

Very professional service from start to finish from Bruce and Dean. Dean worked extremely hard to achieve a near-new finish on our floor; something that I did not think possible. Dean left us with some advice on maintain the floor and some neutral cleaning solution. I was very impressed from start to finish and will definitely recommend Bruce and Dean.

Very efficient ordering and delivery process for the cleaning and sealing products and a very knowledgeable, helpful and thorough local service provider here in Devon. I am very glad I found Tile Doctor and had both interior and exterior tiling cleaned and sealed to an impressively high standard.

Great service from Harry. He cleaned our floor tiles to a very high standard, and the results were excellent. Friendly, professional, and reliable. Highly recommend!

The Tile Doctor agent told me what to order and the online ordering process was simple ans straightforward. The products arrived promptly and now I'm just waiting for the tiles to be cleaned so that I can judge how good the products are.

Harry was super efficient, professional and very tidy. Everything done as promised. Floor looks amazing. Highly recommended.

brilliant arrived next day
have used their products for years and always brilliant just waiting for a little warmer weather before we use it

Suzana and Janine were brilliant. Very professional and went to trouble to find a matching tile for my kitchen floor. Highly recommended.

Quick and easy to order, products are very reliable.

A very neglected terracotta kitchen floor was completely refurbished by Harry - who was a pleasure to get to know. End product is stunning!

Very happy with my nice shiny Terrazzo floor, Steve was on time, professional, friendly, good job, Thank you!

Matthew made a fantastic job of cleaning our travertine kitchen floor. He was diligent and explained all the steps required to keep it looking pristine. It was a pleasure to meet and work with him in the house. We would definitely use him again.

We found Harry excellent in his initial communication. He was able to advise regarding the situation with my tiles, did exactly what he said he would and performed a superb job. He worked very hard and conscientiously. He is very pleasant to deal with and I would recommend him without hesitation. Am I pleased with the end result? Not entirely. BUT that is not Harry's fault. I stupidly thought deep cleaning the tiles I didn't like would make them more to my satisfaction. I cannot fault the cleaning but I still don't like the tiles. That is down to me.

Easy to order and next day delivery
Great service.

Great experience, easy shopping, very very helpful would totally recommend 100%

Alastair and Andy did a great job in restoring life back into our tired slate floor. Communication with them between assessment, quotation, booking and completion was excellent. They arrived as planned and worked quickly and carefully throughout the day, leaving us with a much improved floor condition. The guys were a pleasure to have in the property and I am happy to recommend them to others.

Chris has done a truly fantastic job rejuvenating the 400-year-old slate floor at our cottage. What was once very tired and worn now looks absolutely beautiful while still retaining all of its age, character and charm. The finish is exceptional and completely in keeping with the house. It has transformed the space far beyond what we thought possible. Professional, thoughtful and clearly takes enormous pride in his work. Very highly recommended.

I recently had my porcelain patio professionally cleaned and sealed by Tile Doctor and I am extremely pleased with the results. The team were punctual, professional and took great care throughout the process.

The patio now looks almost as good as new, with all the dirt, staining and weathering removed while retaining the natural matt appearance of the porcelain. The grout lines are clean and the finish is even across the entire area with no streaking or patchiness.

The work was completed to a very high standard and the team were friendly, knowledgeable and happy to explain the cleaning and sealing process. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tile Doctor to anyone looking to restore and protect their porcelain paving.

Jozsef from Tile Doctor was extremely knowledgeable and offered sound advice for the cleaning and restoration of our Victorian clay tiled hallway. Jozsef communicated very well and was punctual. He did a great job of cleaning the tiled hallway and we are very pleased with the result.

I have yet to use the products purchased but customer service has been second to none, including setting to rights an error I made in the ordering details.

Very good advice on the phone. Gave very clear and straightforward choices based on my requirements and environment.
Really quick delivery.
