Tile Doctor Ltd Avis

A knowledgeable, capable, tidy worker who took the time to answer any query AND is a perfectionist - our floors are circa one hundred years old, the extra effort required to make them as good as possible is what he considers his job to be.

If there were six or seven stars I would give them, this was a really impressive experience from start to finish. I could not recommend Steve more highly. Excellent knowledge and counsel about cleaning, repair/restoration of à Victorian tiled entrance hall, meticulous and patient attention to detail, courteous and punctual service from start to finish (beyond thr call of duty really) plus just a really engaging and informative presence, helpful and thoughtful with à wealth of house and cleaning knowledge well beyond the specific job. Really can’t recommend highly enough. Ten stars

I wish to Thank Gemma for the outstanding work she's just done on my bathroom shower and bathroom sink this looks like new.

Barry came to help me in Oxfordshire, he was very professional, great communication, experienced and knew what worked. Couldn’t recommend him enough!

Tile doctor made every effort to make sure I had received my order which had been wrongly delivered.

Dennis was outstanding from initial contact & throughout until completion-our bathroom has been transformed back to how it looked 14 years ago when it was initially titled if not better than then! It has been money well spent & very reasonably priced excellent job all round can not recommend his excellent service enough many many thanks Dennis for your hard work again.

I can highly recommend Chris The Tile doctor, he got back to me the same day that I made my initial enquiry and the communication throughout the whole process was speedy and concise, he came to assess our requirements within a few days.
His knowledge and expertise were obvious from the start, he arranged a date and arrived promptly on the day, he made an absolutely amazing job of bringing our Yorkshire stone flagged floor back to life, he worked so hard over the 2 days to restore it above and beyond our expectations.
What a lovely, hardworking, genuine gent, it was a pleasure doing business with him and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends and family 👍🏻 😀

I found Tile Doctor on a random search on line. I am so glad I did, Harry came and deep cleaned my tiled kitchen floor paying particular attention to the grouting and then sealed it. It now looks new. He was a pleasure to have in my home and I would highly recommend.,

Mark was enthusiastic, efficient and helpful. He is an excellent communicator, telling us what he was doing and explaining the process. He worked extremely hard and we are so pleased with the result!

Really great products, worth the investment if you're restoring tiles. I had effloresence on my quarry tiles and it exceeded my expectations (certianly not watered down stuff).

I've knocked one star off only because I think the delivery is very pricey. But that being said, it's also very quick. So if you're unsure, I'd say go for it.

Steven did a first class job on my bathroom tiles. They looked as good as new.He was polite, organised and a very tidy worker.

Chris worked efficiently during the work and produced a great looking floor as a result. Prompt, polite and no hidden extras.

We had inherited a badly stained and tired looking floor in our utility and shower room. Contacted Tile Doctor and Jason got back within a few hours with recommended products and a very reasonable quote for the work. He quickly identified what type of floor - we thought it was black slate, but it was black limestone! He explained what was needed and did a great job - the floor looks great. Gave clear advice for taking care of the floor. Very friendly and easy to deal with. Highly recommended.

Birmingham Tile Doctor cleaned, regrouted and sealed the tired and scruffy-looking dark grey porcelain tiles in our ensuite shower room. Kieron was knowledgeable, capable, reassuring and friendly; a real pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend trying this company before giving up on your old tiles and spending much more money to replace them

Fantastic communication, very helpful, prompt & knowledgeable team.

The product itself, excellent!

Thankyou

The ordering process was straight forward, I was updated on my order by tile doctor & the products arrived both promptly & well packaged.

Tile Doctor did a superb job cleaning and sealing my unglazed porcelain floor tiles. They look brand new and will be a great deal easier to clean. Harry was super, he did a fabulous job, was prompt with messaging, punctual and friendly. A very professional job and I am delighted.

Tom was extremely professional in all aspects of the work undertaken. We are delighted with the results of his deep clean and resealing of our travertine tiles in the shower making them look like new again. We would highly recommend Tom for any renovation work involving natural stone and will not hesitate to use him again.
