Your website is very easy to use and the delivery was good and the driver very helpful.

I ordered some feather edge cladding, I wanted it pre-painted in black.

The price point was very good and delivery costs were very reasonable.

It arrived promptly and I’m really pleased with the quality, it’s well painted and as described.

What impressed me the most was the packing, it was shrunk wrapped but a layer of protective polythene was placed between the painted surfaces - I’ve received furniture that wasn’t packed that well!!

Definitely recommended and will use again.

Speedy delivery and competitive pricing. My only gripe was lack of communication regarding delivery. I had no idea what day my order was arriving. I got home from work to find my order outside in the rain. Not ideal for wood. An indication what day they were arriving would have been good. Otherwise a good experience.

Delivered exactly what I wanted, well packed and in good condition, when I wanted it.

2 orders made both very reasonable cost and quality very good for the price point.
First order there was a slight mistake in what was sent, quick phone call, all sorted replacements sent next day. Second order lengths sent were OVER that stated so bonus!

Easy and clear to order online and lead time for delivery was excellent. The communications with Mark for delivery was also excellent with updates etc. I've only marked down a star due to the fact 1 of the 4 packages went missing and it was a nervous wait to have it redelivered whilst we still had our Joiner before he had to go to another job. If it wasn't for this it would be 5 stars without question.

Bullnose oak skirting ordered, and delivered within a week, which I thought was an acceptable time. Wrapped in corrugated cardboard, then wrapped in layers of cling film, would have withstood a rain storm if it had been left outside.
The board was dead straight in one plane, had a slight wave in the other, but perfectly useable. No cracks or splits, smooth on one side, faint planer marks on the other, nice pattern in the grain, sanded and varnished it looked great.
Best price I could find online - £25 delivery was a bit of a jolt but other suppliers wanted the same or more!

Communication of when product arrives isn’t great. But the cedar I’ve always had has been lovely quality.

Took a while before it shipped but that must be because they are busy. Now it’s here, very well protected and packaged, I’m very pleased. Looks great.

Friendly staff to discuss with on the phone for any queries, quick email response, great product. Delivery in good time.

I ordered 30 oak sleepers APR. Received them less than two weeks later in perfect condition. They look so good that it might be a bit overkill for garden landscaping :P
Really pleased with Timber2UDirect, they sent an email when the delivery was on its way and I received a phone call the day after from the lorry man who was on his way to my address. The only minus of the experience was the lack of ETA for the delivery slot, with just a 10mn heads-up, I'm glad to be working from home.
The delivery guy was legend though and helped me to unload all the sleepers in my driveway.

I will gladly use their product again if needs be: it's not easy to source Oak sleepers for delivery in Scotland and this company is the best I have found out of a dozen others I looked into.

Crap service from a crap company. ordered large piece of Oak Beam at over 500 quid. stated 7-10 days delivery. chased on day 7 and advised another 7 days. asked if i could collect, said they would ring back, chased again when didnt ring and advised would ring back again. later an email arrived stating wouldnt be ready for further 2 weeks. cancelled and ordered elsewhere, lets see how quick the money is refunded.

There was a slight glitch in my order. They reached out and resolved it quickly, efficiently and creatively.

It was a good experience buying from Timber2udirect. Competitive price, quality product and fast delivery. I am coming back for more soon.
