Highly recommended. Professional, friendly, and effective service. Really felt support and connected through the initial discussion through to the end file being sent to me.

Sadly my Darling Wife passed away in December I realised we had some old vhs videos we had made from our old video camera I had no way of playing them. Looked on google for anybody who could upgrade them to a memory stick. Amazingly I found Timeless approx a 100 yards from where I live we had walked past many times having no idea it was there.I took the videos to timeless who got back in touch last week telling me my Memory stick was completed. I was soon collecting it had a chat with Ian who is very knowledgeable and friendly. I am so happy with the results me and the family can look back on some amazing memories including our 25th Anniversary party and the holiday we had to follow.

Having discovered cine films, audio reel to reel, that I never knew existed; it was a real step back in time. Family films from the 1960s. Very poignant as my younger sister had recently passed away and it brought back evocative memories.
Memories brought into the digital age.
Priceless.
Ian, thank you. My Parents are still alive and I was able to show them the films.
Thanks. Mark.

Very helpful and communicative, arrived on time and the transfer was immaculate, very happy with it. Recommended!

What a fantastic service. Ian was super helpful and informative, with expert advice. I had my father's old audio reel to reels transferred and having lost him years ago, we had no idea what or how much content there was. The quality was clear and I heard my father for the first time in years. Such precious memories taken good care of, as I nervously sent them off. The transportation, communication and outcome was brilliantly organised and delivered by Ian - Thank you.

Old fashioned customer service delivering a result that far exceeded expectations. I can't recommend Timeless Moments enough. Thanks Ian.

Hi Ian just to say thank you for the fantastic work you did with our VHS footage. The fact that tapes weren’t in the best of condition we are extremely happy with the overall result well worth having them done .

Extremely helpful. Copied some old and in some cases, broken and mould damaged VHS tapes to a memory stick. Saved some valuable memories. I hope children and grandchildren find them interesting and enjoyable. Thank you very much, Ian.

Excellent service and very pleased with the result. Thanks Ian.

We wanted to convert old cine films from the 1960s to digital format so that we could show it to my mother in law (and gathered family and friends) at her 90th birthday party.
Contacted and met with Ian at Timeless Moments and immediately felt at ease handing over precious tapes and ensuring that we would receive our digital formats on time for this important event.

Everything was done as requested and on time.
Excellent service throughout and delivered via the cloud for easy access. My mother in law (and the others) were all captivated by the films and now we can also share the digital files with them too for their own keepsake.

We also took advantage of the PROTEUS offering from Ian, to 'update' and 'enhance' the original footage. It brought additional benefits to a lot of the recordings and is something we would certainly recommend others to consider.

I would fully recommend Timeless Moments to others looking to transfer your footage to modern media. Thank you Ian and Timeless Moments.

Great service from Ian and the timeless moments team. Responded to my initial email within 20 minutes on a Sunday Morning which was brilliant. Kept me informed all the way through and the conversion of our old cine tape, slides and VHS was excellently done. Was great to see some family memories that we haven't seen for decades. highly recommended.

I was really impressed with Timeless Moments. They were very helpful and kept me informed of progress. The resulting quality of the transferred cine films was excellent. Costs were reasonable also. Great to be able to receive the files via cloud storage also. The films were converted as a Christmas present for my parents and they were really pleased also.
Highly recommended.
Thank you very much!

I recently had some old cine films that belonged to my mum transferred onto a USB stick and I'm absolutely delighted at the work Timeless moments did. Quality was excellent, communication great, a very professional job done. I would highly recommend this service.

Excellent quality of work and reasonably priced. Excellent communications both face-to-face and subsequently by email.

Went to Timeless Moments with two precious audio reels that have my late grandfathers voice taped on them. The reels have been hanging around the house due to the uncertainty of having them transferred. I wish I had discovered Timeless Moments sooner. They have been completely reliable, knowledgable and a trusted service. I would 100% recommend to anyone.

Like others I had hesitated in parting with old family film. I very much appreciated being able to speak to Ian Litchfield and receive his reassuring guidance.
The 1930's 16mm films were transferred onto USB and with links to the cloud(!) to share with family members. I am delighted with the result.

Following the passing of my mother the family decided to see if it was possible to get her old cine films from the 1960's digitised. After a bit of research I decided that Timeless Moments was the company to trust with what was essentially a family heirloom.
From my first phone call to the completion of the job Ian was both professional and helpful. We now have the films available digitally and for all the extended family to view via the cloud service he provides.
I can only say that if you are looking for someone to trust your old films to, then Ian is that person.
Top quality service.

Amazing company and amazing service. Used a few times now and always so pleased with the quality and care.
