Timeless Moments Limited Avis

I had not heard the voices of my parents and grandparents for over 50 years as they were locked in old and delicate reel to reel audio tapes. I had always been frightened to send them off lest they be lost or damaged beyond repair and never thought I would hear them again.
However, family circumstances and the passage of time meant that I really had to get someone to get them digitally transferred before it was too late. To this end I entrusted Ian and his team to perform this task for me.
I can say that from first contact until final delivery Ian was both helpful and sympathetic. The finished product arrived on time and the sound quality was first class - I could not have wished for better!
Needless to say these family historical documents have been shared throughout our now extended family who have been both fascinated and enthralled. This Christmas present was the best ever and a very emotional time for us all.
Thank you again Ian & Timeless Moments Limited!

One of those rare occasions where you find a really good company that offers an excellent helpful service at a reasonable price.

I was searching for someone reliable to transfer our priceless family cinefilm so something more modern. After reading all the reviews I decided to use Ian, and I am so glad I did. He transferred 12 reels of cinefilm, including footage of my Mum and Dad's wedding, and video of my grandparents as well as my brother, cousins and myself as young children that we had never seen. Footage from the 70s has been converted to USB and uploaded to the cloud so I have been able to share the precious video with the wider family. What a fantastic service, with great communication throughout, and at good value for money. I cannot rate Timeless Moments more highly. My Dad and grandparents are no longer with us, but my Mum, aunt and uncle are all delighted with the memories, and the younger generation are equally delighted to be able to experience the events from 50 years ago. Thank you Ian :)

When I finally decided to digitize the old family slides and videotapes, I was encouraged by the overwhelmingly positive reviews for Timeless Moments. Ian’s prompt and courteous response to my initial enquiry inspired confidence, and he made the process very quick and easy from my perspective. I am delighted with the results and enjoying sharing precious memories with family around the world. I will definitely use Timeless Moments again.

Contact was swift and helpful. The camcorder tapes we had transferred meant the world to my family, and they were organised on the USB in a very clear manner for them to find. I will be returning with more tapes soon!

We had never seen Mum and Dad's video tapes. Once they were transferred, it was wonderful to watch them. Though lost, Mum and Dad were back in the room.

Pleasure to give five-star review, I could not have found you at a better time. My wife died 8 Sept 2022. Have hundreds of photos and remembered some video tape not seen for about 20 years of holidays and family.
Ian transferred onto a usb and an online link. This is the only video we have in the family, and we love it, and it has helped us so much. Thanks Ian

Great efficient service from Ian Litchfield who managed to create mp4 files from old cine-films some dating back to 1955. Additional Proteus AI upgrading of the films provided a further significant improvement in picture quality. Good value for money and will be using them again.

Excellent, timely, efficient and cost effective service, as well as really helpful advice as to how best to transfer content from antiquated and decaying cine film, Would unhesitatingly recommend Ian and his firm.

We had not seen our 8mm wedding film in over fifty years, and it has been an absolute delight to see it again, not only for my wife and i but our children and grandchildren, as wel as other family members and friends. This is all thanks to the excellent service and advice from Ian.at Timeless Moments.

Second time i have used Timeless Moments and the service and product have been brilliant on both occasions, would not go anywhere else.

Timeless moments were a delight to deal with - swift communication, perfect service

Really helpful team, and great communication every step of the way.

A cine film from 1955 was no use to me until Paul dealt with it very quickly and sent me an mp3 version. Excellent service! Thank you!

I had some 8mm film that belonged to my Grandfather and after searching many companies I decided on Timeless Moments and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Ian was really helpful and kept me up to date with the process and I can 100% recommend this company

Really great service, high quality from standard 8 film. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service from Ian, after being left some old 8mm tapes after my Brother passed away his Company converted them to a usb memory stick. 5.25 hrs of happy memories, Highly recommended.

Professional service thank you

I'm not an expert with these transfers but Ian explained if they would work and how to do the order, which I might have struggled with online as I didn't really know what I needed. Communication was timely and everything was dealt with quickly when it cropped up. He was happy to share his knowledge and when I had an add on request he went the extra mile without hesitation. By the end he felt like a mate. That's how to run a business.

Excellent service. Ian responded immediately to my email enquiry and offered a telephone call to explain the process involved in transferring an old cine film of my parents wedding to digital mode. I posted my cine film and Ian confirmed safe receipt which I really appreciated. I received the iCloud link within two days and my cine film was posted back to me the same week. It was very moving to see the my parents wedding and family members in their younger years. It's my parents 59th wedding anniversary in August and I'm planning a wee celebration which will involve a surprise showing of the film. I cannot wait to see their faces as they haven't been the footage for many years. Thanks very much to Ian at Timeless Moments - very efficient, customer focused and inexpensive. I would absolutely recommend this great service. Thanks again, Allison
