Oven.was delivered with dents and scuff marks on it , warming draw was dented was sent another draw but in the wrong colour told couirer I didn't except the one they tried to deliver as it was the wrong colour. Only to get the same one delivered the following week. The delivery company even signed for my delivery twice . Not good service from either of them do not recommend buying from them at all. Even if this gets sorted i will not be buying from them again I would love to return the oven and get a full refund

Went there for the 1st time yesterday. Parking guy went out of his way to find a close park for my frail husband. Then we met Jeff, a salesperson there. What a thoroughly nice and, helpful guy. We had only intended to purchase 1 big budget item, but he was so helpful we ended up purchasing 4 items. Cannot rate the service we received highly enough.

Good in store and pick up. i avoid delivery (very slow). good prices, all n all a good to shop.

The after-sales service has been an absolute nightmare.
My ceramic vanity top arrived broken. After repeated calls with customer service, I was assured the replacement and collection of the damaged one would be handled in one delivery. Instead, the driver came and only collected the broken one without delivering the replacement, completely wasting the plumber appointment I had arranged.
I also reported a faulty/noisy drawer nearly a month ago, and to this day nobody has contacted me with a solution. I even escalated the matter to their Auckland Branch Manager / National Operations Manager and received no response.
Returning or replacing a faulty product should not be this difficult. What I saved on the purchase has been completely outweighed by the extra plumbing costs, wasted time, endless chasing and stress.
Honestly, this has been after-sales service from hell.

The right stuff at reasonable prices.

This is about damaged goods and service at pick up.
Purchased a front loading washing machine with the pick up option. Onehunga branch. We put the machine on my trailer. I notice a big hole on the side of the box, exposing the glass door of the machine. I raise my concern, the Indian staff member puts his hand in the hole to check the glass door and tells me it's fine. I take photos and different Indian staff member ask if everything is OK. I raise my concern with him, he does the same hole check as the first Indian staff member and tells me it's fine. He sees I'm not happy about it and he suggest we can unbox it to have a proper look, before I answer, he assures me it's fine like there's no need to unbox it for inspection. I get home and unbox it and the bottom corner is dented indicating it has been dropped, so I took photos of that too. After reading some of these reviews, I've seen alot of complaints about damaged goods. The machine seems to be working fine, but I assume it was damaged in their goods department and now know why there was a hole in the box from the way they inspected it. I hope the machine lasts longer than the warranty, as there are also alot of reviews concerning warranty issues with Trade depot. Please be cautious when purchasing from Trade depot, trust your instincts not their staff.

Near impossible to talk to manager. Will not deal with them again
