Best Services Offered

This company even though many people have complained, they are faster than a cloud of rain with instant deposits on accounts. However, i would encourage them to listen to customers crying so that they are happy in near future but they are good and i give them 1 start. Lastly they should issue virtual cards to simplify the life of people

This tranzfar company is a scammer

This tranzfar company is a scammer, I transferred the money on the 15 of July. Only to find out that the money haven't been received by the recipient.
I called this company to find out why, I was told they have issues with the system. They have taken the money knowing that they have issues with the third party as they said, they keep telling lies.
I called I was told I will get the refund within 7 working days, still now I have not received my refund. Any time I call they keep giving me the false hope and it's affecting my mental health, emotional stress, and effecting my business because that money was meant for business.
They have blocked my account on your website so that I can't login again.

Please stay away this Fraudulent Company

If a rating option of -1 stars is available, I would happily assign it to this incredulously incompetent "company". Tranzfar is without question, the most dishonest and unethical business I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They are nothing more than a fraudulent ponzi type operation posing as a legitimate company, fooling and preying on unsuspecting customers who are just trying to get a decent product or service.
Their advertising is nothing but a web of deceit, promising quality and fast delivery. After placing my order on the 1st of July, I'm still waiting for the refund (not even the transfer as they have proven to be inept at completing that service). All I get is their well "lie tutored" customer service promising the refund or the transfer of the funds to my account.
The unhelpful agents clearly couldn’t care less about fixing the problem and were more interested in making excuses than offering solutions.

This company is nothing short of a scam, and it’s shocking they’re still in business. Do yourself a favour and avoid them like the plague. They will take your hard earned money, leaving you with nothing but frustration. It's a shame; And we wonder why black owned companies don't thrive.

In the meantime I'm reporting them to the financial ombudsman/FCA. Plus warning others of their nefarious schemes and activities on every social media platform.

Scammers company refund my money. Why do you think is ok to steal money from people and you think you can get away with it. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Tranzfar Pay. I initiated a transfer of 100 EUR on 17.06.2024, urgently needing the money. The next day, I contacted the company to follow up, only to be told to wait another 48 hours. After patiently waiting for the additional time, the transaction still did not go through.

The lack of communication from Tranzfar was incredibly frustrating. They never called or emailed to apologize for the inconvenience or update me on the situation. I had to reach out again, requesting a refund, which they promised would take 7 days to process. It's been much longer, and I have not heard anything from them since.

I've now had to file a chargeback through my bank and am waiting for the outcome. Tranzfar has proven to be both incompetent and insensitive to customer complaints. I strongly advise against using their service—save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Rogue company

I am owed a total of £450 from this fugitive of a business and yesterday they paid £100 into my account after promising me that they would prioritise my payments, but failed.

I would advice anyone who is owed money to take legal action as soon as possible. We have to bring this company down.

Another thing they have done, is blocked my account on their website so that I can only get online if I want to open a personal account.
We have all been duped, but please fight this through so that these criminals do not get away with it!

Bad service and awful communication

I am in the same boat with others below.
I sent a payment since the 16th July and still waiting. They promised to resolve the issue by the 9th August still nothing.
It is obvious that they knew about the Nigerian issue prior to me sending this money on July 16th but they still went ahead and took the money from me. They shouldn't have deducted money from my account, when they know there's outstanding issues.
I have asked for my money back several times but all I keep getting is generic email.

If I don't get my money back in the next few days, I will be complaint to the UK Financial Ombudsman.

Today is the 21 September, I am updating my review because I am still waiting for my money. While waiting, I have used Western Union for the transfer, which completed with a few minutes.
Tranzfar promised to complete my refund again on the 30 September, they asked for my account details twice. I will be back once I get my refund.
In the meantime, the UK Financial Ombudsman advised that I get a final date from Tranzfar then come back to them. That is ongoing as I will be speaking to the Financial Conduct again in a couple of days.

Give me back my money for Ref: 1327286587

This is horrible.

I am writing this with so much disappointment.

Money sent since 28th June has not been received.

I asked for a refund. They said till 12th July and it still wasn't received.

They sent another email promising by 9th August and still not received.

I have never been as disappointed.

I strongly advise that anyone who even thinks of using Tranzfar should forget it.

They have gone past the agreed SLA and have made NO attempts to refund my money.

Other company refunds between 5 working days. However because this is a fraudulent company; the money is now hanging.

DO NOT USE TRANZFAR or else you will lose your hard earned money.

Unreliable and Incompetent at Problem Solving

I have used this Tranzfar platform to make transactions to Nigeria ,which my last transaction was on the 14th of July, 2024 at 18:26:48pm. Since then it hasn't been processed, I have called customer service and they kept saying before the end of the week it will be processed but it was negative and I got an email stating that by the 9th of August,all the backlog would have cleared, but to no avail.
Furthermore, I called customer service again on the 14th of August and I was told to wait until next week.

Tranzfar are totally unreliable and don't keep to their words. Don't give false hope and promise to customers if you can't keep to it. It only tarnishes your image more.

Stay aware from Tranzfar

I have two separate transactions totaling 2000$ still pending with Tranzfar. Several efforts for refund have been ignored by this insensitive company. Bunch of criminals coming up with excuses every day.

Issue with transfer now resolved.

I am rewriting the previous review I gave this company.
This company usually completes transfers quickly, and I have been using them regularly, but the last transfer took over a month to clear.
I contacted them several times via phone and emails and was constantly promised the money would clear.
The money has now cleared and I have received calls and emails from the company apologising for the inconvenience. They asked me to take down the 1-star review. But the most I can do is rewrite my review.
So based on the company following up with calls and emails apologies I have changed the rating from 1-star to 3-star.
I believe the issue they were having was out of their control and they are trying to resolve it.
I will continue to use them because the service is really good when it works.

Used to be quick money tranfer but now…

Used to be quick money tranfer but now this is not the case. I sent money on 7th July it still hasn't been received by the recipient. I asked for a refund two wèeks ago and this still has not been returned It is now a month that they have had my money. I would not recommend this company at all.

Past issue resolved.

Unfortunately, they didn't meet the standard that was expected from them. I do understand that doing business in Nigeria can be hit and miss, but the big mistake was not being upfront and honest with customers. Keeping us in the dark about where our money went was a mistake. Sending generic random emails and making promises you couldn't keep were also mistakes. Although the issue was resolved and the money was transferred, it took nearly one month to complete. Next time you have problems, you should directly email your customers and tell them the truth. I would increase my star to three just because, in the end, you did send the money across.

If you are looking for an app to send money and you happen to come across Tranzfar ignore that app or you’d cry for your money. Very bad service and they promised 24hr transfer but it not true, I used the Tranzfar service 3weeks ago and my money has not delivered or refunded. For the hard work we put into making money I beg you to stay away from Tranzfar

App has crashed. Your money will be lost

I plead with anyone reading this.

DO NOT USE TRANZFAR

THE APP HAS CRASHED AND THEY DID NOT WARN THEIR CUSTOMERS.

My last transaction with them was in June 2024. They list the processing time as 1 business day. It’s been 2 weeks and no money received in the bank I sent my money to.

I called customer service and they keep assuring me they are processing. When I asked for refund, no money was sent.

They deliberately have withheld customers money. They have also fraudulently chosen not to close the app or inform customers of the money issue.

All comments on IG are deleted and they are parading as if they are still active.

Read this and be safe from online scammers.

Don't bother using Tranzfar.

I used Tranzfar to send money to staff last week. I have emailed regarding multiple transfers. They have completely ignored my emails. I called yesterday and was told they are facing technical issues and money willbe remitted to receipients today. I have called several times no answer and emailed, no response. This company is on its way down

This company is on its way down - watchout. I sent money via Tranzfar on July 1st totalling £740. As at today July 4 the money is yet to be remitted. I have requested for a refund and they have told me it takes 3-5 working days. Failure to fulfil this refund will indicate that this business has become or is going to become insolvent soonest. The service has deteriorated immensely over the last few months. I suspect the owners are now using new remittances to settle outstanding debts. This could turn out to be a looming pyramid scheme. FCA / Ombudsman you need to step in and hold the owners of this company to task.
