I bought a watch from trilogy via watchfinder. So I didn’t deal with them directly however they moved things through quickly and the watch I purchased was exactly as described. To that end, from my experience, one can purchase with confidence from Trilogy.

Excellent experience
It was so easy to arrange an appointment to view the watch I’d seen. Belle who dealt with us was lovely, and knowledgeable about the whole process. There was no hard sell or pressure to buy. When I’m in the market again for a watch I’ll be headed back to Trilogy!

Great service and very reliable
I came across a watch I was looking for and came across Trilogy. I made an enquiry which led to a successful purchase. Honey was amazing, she connected with me on WhatsApp and kept me informed on the availability throughout until I could visit them in person (2 days later). There I was met by Rishika and Honey who both assisted me with my purchase. The service was amazing and very reliable. They were both very helpful, polite and hospitable.
