I won an Instagram competition on 27th July - I still haven’t received my prize and it’s 7th October. The customer service is awful - I have had to chase and chase. They didn’t bother to apologise till I mentioned to them that an apology is a usually a good way to address an error.

Prompt delivery, excellent quality and very happy with purchases.

The garments are of poor build quality, the stitching is akin to something you would receive at a budget retailer rather than a premium item. The site makes complaints hard to raise with a live chat function that doesn’t support images. For the price of the garments, the quality received is not aligned.

Fantastic quality bamboo bedlinen, fabulous, excellent delivery and packaging. What more could you want!! Would highly recommend.

The whole experience has been incredible, communication from seller is amazing. The timings and delivery were brilliant. The trainers are everything I imagined and more. I was so sceptical when ordering but the trainers do not disappoint, couldn’t be happier or recommend this business enough. Ordered 2 crystal ice buckets, arrived quickly, well packaged with absolutely beautiful care and style that was greatly appreciated upon opening. Full tacking given and this had an option to divert to click n collect which I took full advantage of. I was so impressed with the quality and style of the ice buckets that I placed a 2nd order fur 2 more. Again…sent out the next day with full tracking. I will be collecting tomorrow. Thank you to whoever packed my order with such detail and care.

The delivery through Royal Mail failed and the tracking status never changed. I got in touch and the customer service was excellent, they shipped the item through DPD and I received it same day.

I was very disappointed… The garment came and there was nothing wrong with it but it was way too big… I requested a return on two occasions and never heard anything back whatsoever. I am now left with a garment and it doesn't fit… The returns system clearly doesn't work… Very disappointed ☹️

Made my 1st purchase from Truly last week. The jeans arrived promptly they were very high quality, they were packaged really nicely and great price.
