I purchased a large Constellation plate…
I purchased a large Constellation plate at a very good price from the Truly Summer sale. It was delivered in Truly style, well packaged, well wrapped and in perfect condition. I decided to buy the small Constellation side plates but having done so wished I'd ordered more.
Apparently, once an order is placed the process is started straight away and can be difficult to change, in my case anyway. The customer service assistant was extremely helpful and managed to cancel my order in its tracks and I was able to re order adding to it.
I have had a few items from Truly over the last few years and I have never been disappointed. They sell quality items and run a service which is attentive and efficient.

My item was faulty
My item was faulty. It wasn’t straight forward sending them back . How ever I did order them again. Hopefully I will get a refund ASAP

As for our returns, we offer paperless and free returns as stated on our website. Here, you can also access our returns portal on our FAQ page where you are able to generate a returns label free of charge and have royal mail collect the parcel from your home. This is the perfect weekend bag for my husband but sadly the zip was faulty. Bag returned a week ago today, asking for a replacement, no acknowledgment to date. I hope a replacement will be sent in time for our weekend away.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
BE AWARE! Product (jumpsuit) shrunk so much I couldn’t wear it after just one wash despite following washing instructions. Contacted customer service and because I am out of the 35 day returns policy, they won’t refund which is ridiculous as I didn’t wear it for a while after purchasing! I am deeply unimpressed by their customer service and lack of care, common sense should take over in a situation like this. I wouldn’t purchase from this shop.

Unfortunately, in this instance, we were unable to offer you a refund due to the fact, as you stated, you were outside our 35 day returns window and we have never had any issues with this garment shrinking when washed per the instructions.
Please understand that whilst we always aim to provide an outstanding customer experience, as a small business, there are certain policies we must set in place and follow to ensure that our business is protected.
We have sold roughy 700 units of the jumpsuit that you ordered and never before received feedback that the garmet has shrunk, we therefore stand by our original judgement and apologise again that this wasn’t the outcome you would have hoped for.
