Tudor Blinds Avis 

I placed an order for black out vertical blinds. On the 5th April 2021. I heard nothing from the company. so I phoned them on them on the 20th may 2021. I was told that i had sent the wrong measurements. I checked my measurements and they where right, I had messed up. { you would have thought they cold have contacted me, when they could see I had made an obvious error with my measurements} i emailed the company that very same day [ 20th May 2021.I phoned the company again on the 7th June 2021and was assured my order would be dealt with in the next couple of days. i phoned the company again on the 8thJulyand was told again that i should receive my order, in the next couple of days. would you believe they actually arrived!!!!!!!!!!! 3 days later on Sunday 11th July 2021. the blinds where absolutely perfect! If you dont mind waiting for 14 weeks for your blinds, then i can highly recomm end Tudor blinds!

Brilliant service and price I shopped around and these were by far the cheapest and great quality too, I ordered replacement vertical blinds and the quantities and measurements were spot on, got samples first and then ordered, lovely friendly staff and really helpful on the occasions that I rang then. Couldn't recommend any higher. Great Company, Great staff and Great value for money. Thank you. X

Great service! I ordered two cordless roller blinds for the bathroom. They are well made good quality and were very easy to fit.
They were delivered by DPD this morning and being able to track the delivery was a bonus as to make sure someone was at home to receive the package. Thank you Tudor Blinds I highly recommend your company!

I placed an order on line for replacement blind slats during the COVID lockdown, and made a mistake with the order. Paul from Tudor blinds helped rectify this mistake and the company went beyond all expectations to rectify and ensure my order came through correct in the end. I could not thank them enough and was really happy with the end product as well

First rate service were able to make me a rail to measure after the replacement slots they made did not fit my real. Where more than will to help me out would definitely use this company again and would recommend then

I measured my replacement slats and ordered them online. They arrived when expected and they look fabulous when we put them up. Great blinds and great service.

Absolutely delighted. Ordered recessed vertical white blinds for my 2.5m bifold doors. They arrived within 10 days of ordering and are a perfect fit.

Avoid at all costs. Ordered a large vertical blind for patio doors. Sent exact measurements of recess which means the merchant is supposed to deduct an amount from the length so the vanes don't drag on the floor. Unfortunately they failed to do this resulting in a blind which was exactly the same size as the measurements we sent so it drags on the carpet and looks very unsightly as it does not hang properly. Also they use cheap and nasty brackets so it's impossible to get a snug fit to the ceiling. I have rung and sent photo's which clearly show the problems but he denies everything when eventually you get a reply. Thank goodness I used PayPal as I have taken my case up with them.

Absolutely horrible company! Wouldn't recommend anyone. 1 month now no blinds, bad customer communication - no replies on emails or phone calls.

Ordered replacement vertical slats for a large window. They fit perfectly i love the colour and design .

Ordered replacements slats for 4 windows including large patio door. 2 weeks to the day slats arrived.
Superb, good quality, colour as sample I had received.

I ordered replacement slats and a new blind, they all arrived within the time stated although wrong fixings for new blind I rang to tell them and I received the correct items 2 days later great quality and excellent service.

Made a big mistake , wish i'd read the reviews before i placed my order, ordered 2 sets of replacement slats, the slats are poorly made, you can see dark glue marks at the edge of the folds at the top of most slats, both sets received were longer than ordered, in addition one slat was damaged, When i contacted Tudor blinds i was told to cut off the top of the double hangers, this almost resolved the problem but left the hangers very weak, to be fair i was sent replacement hangers [and a new slat ] but those made the slats hang lower, we resolved the issue by fixing the track without the hanging brackets but when i went to fix the chains to the bottom i found one was too short, i have not bothered contacting Tudor blinds about this, will not use again.

Ordered 4 sets of replacement slats. They are good quality and look great. One set of my blinds had a different hanger which I sent to them and they manufactured the slats with these.
They responded to all my queries promptly and called me when requested.

Ordered a replacement blind rail mid January which arrived over 2 weeks later after having to ring and chase. Turned up in a broken box, scratched rail and incorrect size. Sent numerous emails with picture evidence and never responded once. Rang several times to be told they would call me back once they checked emails - no calls. Rang again and was told "not checked emails and to send again and would call me back" This has been going on for 6 weeks and still no correspondence. Waste of money on an item I can not use. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered at the beginning of February and not received a word from them. Still no blinds and no response to my emails. I will never order from them again and I will never recommend them to anyone. What a rubbish company!!
