Excellent service. Tyre fitter rang me a couple of hours before appointment to see if I was home as he was in the area, I was, so he came straight away. He was very polite and fitted 2 tyres within half hour. Will be using this service again. Thanks

Mobile tyre fitting delayed, I said nothing.
Was rebooked for next today. Today the mobile tyre fitting van showed up, did not call just sent a text : “Hi it's Dan from national tyres can you give me a call thanks” and left. I called back, and his excuse was : “didn’t see the car in front of the property”. The car is always parked in the garage!!! Extremely rude.
He didn’t spend even 2 minutes to get dressed up and go downstairs, as I’ve seen the National tyre van in front of the property!!!!

If I could give no stars, I would! Very long standing Tyre Shopper customer, but no more. Attempted to buy 2 tyres today and after returning to site to order, 10 minutes after initial enquiry, the price had risen from £187.99 to £195.99 each. On contacting call centre, operative requested screen shot of lower price. If I could show that, then I'd be ordering them wouldn't I? In my opinion - sharp practice - the website recognised my IP address and on return, increased the price. Appalling and operative, largely disinterested. Such a shame, I've been a loyal customer for so long but as this outfit are part of National Tyres and Halfords, I'll now avoid them too.

Fitted wrong tyre size causing a fault code to appear on my car for a speed sensor. Investigating it fully, it was caused by the readings being sent to bcm being incorrect due tonwrong size tyre! This was my taxi so lost takings for 2 shifts while it was corrected! and they never balanced wheels, even left old weights on the wheels! Terrible service especially for someone who has used this service for a long time

Ordered 2 tyres for wife’s car booked in 2 days later, arrived at garage to find they hadn’t been delivered , contacted customer service to be told they had arrived so again rang garage( Halfords )
To be told they hadn’t received them
Sent email to tyre shopper’s customer service but didn’t get a response it took 8 days in the end to get 2 tyres fitted poor customer service from tyre shopper once they got the money they were not bothered

I’ve used Tyre Shopper in the past and have been fairly happy with the service but not this time!
Ordered and paid for four tyres to be fitted at my home. The order and date were confirmed via email. The day before the fitting, I was informed via email that there were no mobile fitters available so the fitting was cancelled, with an invitation to call and reschedule. Made a new appointment over the phone but the mobile fitting service was no longer an option, so I arranged an appointment to take the car to their fitters. An hour later, another email cancelling that appointment AND the order with a refund taking up to 10 days.
Fairly poor service.

Ordered 4 new Bridgestone Turanza 6 tyres on Monday (their promoted premium tyre) and booked a mobile fitting slot for Thursday.
The morning of the fitting, which I had arranged to be at home for, I was emailed at 10am to say 'the suppliers did not have the tyres in stock' but told I was automatically being booked to offer an unwanted worse tyre (Pirelli Powergy) to be fitted the next day at the same price. The only way to change this was for me to phone a central number and be put in a queue. It took 20 minutes to then phone and cancel my order. It will take 5 working days to get my money back.
I have used this company in the past, but from other recent reviews my experience is far from unique and I will not be using them again:
They didn't know or communicate that the tyre ordered was apparently not available until mid way through the morning of the day of fitting (but did seem to know that the alternative tyre would be available for next day fitting).
When they did finally know they had a problem, they didn't call to discuss an alternative tyre/date - they just auto booked me for a worse tyre at the same price on a date and time that wasn't convenient.
The ONLY way to discuss or cancel was through a central line which by their own admission was 'busy' listening to a ridiculous jingle for 20 minutes.

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered tyres for my BMWI3. Paid for them and then got a text saying they haven’t got them in stock later that afternoon when I needed them fitted urgently. Now the refund is going to take six days so I can’t drive my car till I have the money back. Terrible service, I said on the phone that I will be leading a bad review and the girl said well I don’t care because it really ain’t gonna bother me! Avoid avoid avoid.

Derby today 18 Jan at 15,30 paying £6.00 premium for Saturday. Garage called this morning at 07.42 and cancelled as his diary was was already full also, he did not have tyre in stock. Stated national site could not see his availability when booking???? If we had known yesterday could have chosen another garage for today bit too late now. Result unable to make hosptial appointment. Contacted customer service. Advised not Tyre Shopper issue need to contact Supplier. So much for high quality service 0 for that!!!

I ordered tyres to be fitted today and that was confirmed and also received a text today to say they should be around between 8-12, and that i will receive a call prior to their arrival, no one arrived, no one call/send a message to say that they will be late of if they are still coming. Called their customer service, first call , the line was dropped afyter wating for several minutes, called again and finally someone answered. He was very appologitic but that does not mean anything to me, Ive already waisted the whole of my morning and by the looks of it the whoel of the afternoon.
He rang the Hub to find out what is happening and he was told by the hub person that they have nothing to do with iot and that national tyres should be in touch to conform the order and the instalation. I reitterated to the operator that i received several mesages and email to confirm the order and the instalation, he said they can do anything about it because there system is diffirent eventhough they are one company.
I am still waiting for the call from National tyres!!!

Tyres ordered online and selected an available time slot for fitting at home, the next day I receive an email saying they can't fit them at this time and automatically reassigned a slot at another day without asking if this was suitable. Phoned and after 30 minutes finally got through to someone who was rude, couldn't be bothered with trying to rearrange for a more suitable slot so I was given no choice but to cancel the order. As the price was good I thought I would give it another try thinking this was a one off and again selected an available slot for home fitting and the next day the same again, the date and time was rearranged without prior consultation to one which isn't suitable. I have contacted them through email this time and am still waiting for a response. The tyres are cheaper but is it worth it for this horrendous customer service. Avoid if you need tyres fitted without the hassle.

I cannot fault Feltham tyres. They are so helpful and amazing and nothing is too much. They always help when I am in need or have a vehicle broken down with a tyre. They are fast arranging someone to attend and fix with no issues. Highly recommend

Absolutely awful company.

I spent time researching the tyres I wanted. I then ordered through them because they claimed to have the tyres I wanted and they offered a mobile service.

They took my money and then informed me that the mobile team didn't have the tyres I wanted and that I'd have to drive into a Halfords auto centre instead. I reluctantly agreed and told my son he'd have to miss his football training. Then they emailed and said the auto centre can't get the tyres and offered me worse ones again at this point I just needed them done so reluctantly agreed again. Then icing on the cake was when they rang to say the tyres hadn't turned up and they had to put me back another day.

I feel that by taking my money when they have surely had the means to know that they could not provide me with the product or service I purchased, that they have decieved me and furthermore that by taking my money knowing that they could provide neither the product or service, they then had me somewhat over a barrel, as any action contrary to agreeing to their reduced offers would have ended up costing me more time and money.

Overall an extremely distasteful experience and I will never be ordering through them again.

Tyres not delivered to the garage, apparently they are on back order for another week. I was told this by the garage 3 hours after dropping the vehicle off. No communication about the delay from tyre shopper, who weren’t interested when I rang them.
5-10 days for a refund!

Had two tyres near side with nails in, ordered two tyres they came out to fit and I asked if the two new ones could go on front and put older ones on the back. Not too hard for a tyre fitter? "oh no can't do that opposite sides" but won't the car pull now? "No can't do that" I said I'll change them around after then! So he replies "can't do that the tyres monitors will out of sync".
After he fitted them then says wheels are corroded and points at some cracked laquer, I said that's visual and he says well if youre okay with them like that it's okay? Then says at the end i shouldn't of changed them the nuts are swollen, as if he's done me a favour and then hanging around as if he wants a tip?
I have now taken to another tyre fitter to switch, he says nuts aren't swollen they just use the wrong sockets as they need to be 0.5 smaller and he reprogramed monitors which took 10 minutes in total?
If I knew this company was Halfords I would of stayed away with a barge pole because I only ever have bad experiences with them! Worth paying more and staying away.

Ordered tyres and promised a date and time. Never arrived and getting a text they ran out of time. No information of how to get the money back etc. Proper cowboys. If they are under Halfords and this is the best they can manage then it must be shite!

Update: spoken to a horrible depot manager who says its customers fault for them not attending sos he cancelled the order. Beggars belief. Will be escalating this cowboys to the regulator.

After many years of great service from Tyre Shopper I decided to give their "mobile fitting service" a try.
I booked tyres to be fitted on a Saturday morning,
I received a text message on that morning to say that a mobile technician would be with me between 08.00 and 12.00 he never turned up
I rang to be told by a lady that he was on he's way and he still didn't turn up.
I then received a message saying my tyre fitting was now booked for the next morning (Sunday) and they still didn't turn up.
I contacted them again only to be told that the tyres were out of stock so they re-booked fitting for the next Friday evening (tonight) and guess what?
Yes they have cancelled the appointment once again.
I have telephoned them this evening to cancel this order and request a refund.
I've lost 2 days of my life and 2 hours pay just to save £20 with Tyre Shopper
It's a shame really as this service would of suited my elderly mother and friends although I will not be recommending this service to anyone!!!

The only way I got any action from Tyre Shopper is by leaving bad reviews here, so here we go again. I had 2 new tyres fitted mobile some months ago, but since they were fitted, one has lost pressure and I have to pump it up about once a week. After numerous emails and several bad reviews here, after several months I was contacted today. At first they couldn't find any record of the job. After we sorted that, the person I spoke said they would arrange for someone to take a look. They have now sent me a text saying they have booked my car into National Tyres in Watford tomorrow. Watford isn't very close and is a complete pain to get to - that's why I chose the mobile service in the first place. My advice, if you value decent service - steer clear of Tyre Shopper.

I used Tyre Shopper two tyres replaced under job details, Web Order Reference: S8355371 and fitting Centre Ref: A532B023721

The job was done at National Tyres in Perth.

I arrived at 9.50am at the centre for my 10am booking. On arrival I was told that they were very busy and understaffed and hopefully that I could leave the car with them. I said to help them out that I could go into town for a couple of hours but if they could call to say when it was ready. The staff member was very off hand and grumpy and they agreed to call me back once the job was finished. At 2pm I still hadn't heard anything so I walked back to the garage to find the car ready. At 2.30pm I collected it which was nearly 4 and 3/4 hours after dropping it off. They said that they had been too busy to call me!!! Basically I had walked around town for hours when the car was ready....Also I had made a booking for a free brake check that they never carried out as they were too busy!
After getting the car home I found the wheels covered in tyre sealant soap and when I cleaned this off both of the wheels had been damaged around the rims. I assume that the excess tyre soap was them trying to hide the evidence. The cars wheels were all in immaculate condition before arriving at the garage and in fact had only run approx 2000 miles since they were all fully restored so you can understand that I am now very less than impressed.

I wrote an email to complain on the 24th October and then again on the 30th October and 5th November but nobody has bothered to reply!

I had a puncture recently, and luckily, the car was at home, so I booked a mobile tyre fitter through Tyre-Shopper. I’ve used their service before to replace all my tyres and was happy with the experience back then.

However, this time I had a specific request: the puncture was on the front driver’s side, and I had recently replaced a tyre on the rear driver’s side. For better balancing, I needed the new tyre moved to the rear passenger side.

After booking, I called several times to confirm if this could be done, but I kept being transferred back and forth between Tyre-Shopper and the tyre-fitting company (National Tyres Borehamwood, who never answered their phone). I even emailed Tyre-Shopper and included the request in the booking form.

When the mobile fitter arrived, they rudely (rather than politely) refused to move the tyre, simply stating that it wasn’t a service they offer for mobile fitting. This was very frustrating, as I could’ve made other arrangements had I known earlier.

Now, I’m left with two newer tyres on one side of the car and two older ones on the other. I expected better communication and service. Very disappointed with this experience.
