If Valuecabs drivers want a bit of respect they need to earn it.
If they force other drivers to reverse as they have proceeded along a road knowing there were no passing points, theVERY LEAST they could do is to use simple manners - a simple please and thank you are the expected courtesies. Bullying women alone by bulldozing towards them is not a good look.
Change name to BullyCabs.

Our booked taxi to get us to city airport didn't turn up....thank god for Uber who came to the rescue.
Now, on our return, queueing for 30mins
for a taxi.
This company used to be reliable but definitely no longer. Will have to make other arrangements in future

I don't understand what happened to this taxi company. It was once reliable. The app never works tried booking a taxi home from the city centre and it was pending for 20 minutes. Plenty of valuecabs about . So I asked on if he was free he stated yes ,and ask me how much I was going to pay.i said whatever your meter says he closed the window on me. The app never provided me with a booking left stranded . Drivers taking advantage of drunk vulnerable people . Just hope no young girls are left stranded like that . Had to book a taxi for a meeting 2 days later at 8am .so pre booked the taxi ,got 3 messages saying that it's going to be late due to high demand. Its a pre booked taxi I don't understand why would they take a booking and leave me stranded or late . I had to cancel and managed to get another firm . I've lost count of how many pre booked taxis I've booked have been late. Sort it out .

Travelled to Belfast to see the Killers, used this app while we were here. The accommodation was not close to the centre. Every cab ordered arrived promptly and the drivers were really pleasant, chatty and helpful. Reasonable prices too, definitely recommend and will save the app for next time I visit.

Dreadful, waited almost an hourvforva taxi which I had prebooked.

Phoned 5 times to check eta and theyvjust cancelled the cab, missed a very important event

Prebooked a taxi (at around 8pm) for 11.30pm. Received a message at 11.30pm - Sorry had to cancel your booking.
No other taxis available at this time and too late to catch the last train to Lisburn. Had to rely on kind neighbours to get us home. This is not acceptable!!

My partner left her phone in a Value Cab taxi, we thought she had left it at home, halfway through our meal I got a call from Value Cab to say that our previous driver Curtis was outside the restaurant with her phone. Outstanding service. Yhank you.

Left stranded on my own in the middle of the night when a taxi booked a month in advance didn't turn up. Waited 1.5 hours on the side of the road. No help from staff in the call centre. Had to get a friend out of bed at 2am to put me up. Dont know what i would have done otherwise. Value cabs and fon a cab have a near monopoly that means they couldn't care less about doing their job or the fact they put people in danger by not doing it. Their response to people they have let down seems to be 'tough'. Shame on you Valuecabs.

Valuecabs you should be ashamed of yourself!!!! What an absolute FARSE!!!! Booked a taxi to the airport the day before for a 5.30am pickup .... eventually got through to a person who told me I was a priority but no drivers were available. Taxi arrived 35mins late (in fairness the guy was professional and very friendly) and apologised and maybe he ran a few red lights for my benefit. .... luckily flight was delayed and i just managed to make the flight as i had no luggage (city airport arghhh-I'm tempted to write another scathing review tbh)

Not a trustworthy company..
My recommendation would be to get an uber and save yourself the overpriced, unreliable and stressful experience.
If you're going to monopolise the market at least put on a decent service.
Absolute jokers

I am so mad. Ordered taxi hours ago, waited 10 minutes over booked time. Rang 3 times finally spoke to driver told me he was 2 minutes away, all while at the doorstep freezing. 2 minutes came and went rang again and was told by computer to rebook with 24 minutes wait, spoke to a real person to say that he turned up and I was not there I was on the doorstep, unless he was invisible he did not show. The operator then put us down as priority and it would only be 15 minutes. They gave up and walked to the glider instead. I know it's busy this time of year and probably a better fare came along but don't be an as.... e about it and take the booking. They say on there ad how great off a service they are this is the second time this has happened to me from this company and the last. Totally useless. If I could give no stars I would. So mad I set this review just for them.
