Second time I have used this company to…
Second time I have used this company to insure my husband who has health. Simple and easy to use, not too many questions. Documents receive by email as soon as payment clear.

Having pre existing conditions.
Having pre existing conditions I needed to renew my policy over the phone. The lady was so patient and helpful and took time to explain everything to me. She even compared the annual and one off policies.

Put in for a claim for cancelled flight…
Put in for a claim for cancelled flight but was told a few days later that they couldn't find my policy even though I gave them policy number avoid I'll be contacting the insurance ombudsman
