Got injured in tenerife in feb 2026. Was taken to a private hospital by ambulance. The hospital was all about money up front & would not deal with my insurance. The emergency team at vibe where 1st class despite the hospital being very negative towards my insurance companies team. I ended up being transfered to a public hospital in santa cruz where i was treated well. When i returned back to the UK i claimed medical expenses back from vibe including hire car costs to pick me up from santa cruz hospital & take me back to las americas. Vibe where good with keeping me updated via email with my claim & paid my full cost a few months later

I found vibe a very good insurance company, offered lots of things I needed, being a disabled person too. The best price and value for money.

Only criticism is that after completing all the questions including our health conditions an error appeared on the screen indicating that I would have to restart the application for a quote . However, on checking my emails there was one confirming my quote and a link to proceed with the payment.

I would have given you a 5 but I did the policy online and after I said I had had cancer it never asked any other questions which would make my policy invalid emailed Vibe and I got a call back within 10 minutes the operator was very professional and resolved my problems

Full cover at a good price
Every year taking out travel insurance with pre existing medical conditions has been a nightmare . This is due to many questions from 5 years ago with answers that are not always straightforward. On a comparison website ,Vibe was by far the best option for my annual policy..The website was clear and easy to use and price was very reasonable....Happy holidays......
