Website was easy to use
Website was easy to use, only thing that annoys me is, additional charges are added if you have medical issue, even though you take medication to control it. Taking medication prescribed by a GP says to me you are less risk than someone who takes out insurance who doesn’t know they have a medical condition.

Difficult to claim
I purchased travel insurance from VIBE, which was very straightforward. However, any claims are processed by a company called IMG, who are proving to be very difficult.
I submitted a claim for a holiday cancellation in September 2025.
Despite providing all the information requested, I'm still waiting for the claim to be processed.
