I came in with my wife to upgrade my phone and was we were warmly welcomed by a lovely young lady called Riya, she was so friendly and patiently guided us through all of our options, Her colleague Joe assisted (he has helped us out before, really helpful) and between them they got us an amazing deal with our broadband and managed to get my wife a new I Phone and still save money each month 10 out of 10

Excellent customer service!
Joseph was incredibly helpful when I came into the store today! He made me feel very welcome and that he was more than happy to help despite the shop being very busy! He took his time to explain how it all worked and made sure I understood what was being explained, couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Unreliable landl8ne
For the third time our landline service is unavailable. It wouldn’t be so bad but my wife has stage 4 cancer and is waiting for a call from the hospital concerning a new form of chemotherapy. Restoring the broadband always takes a lot of effort and stress to resolve, mainly because most of the staff lack sufficient expertise.

Joe, brilliant boss at our local Vodafone shop
We happened to walk into our local Vodafone shop in Canterbury to ask a query and we found them to be so very helpful. Joe, the manager, warmly greeted us, and introduced us to their new recruit Ria, and their iPhone expert Tom. Not just friendly, they were extremely knowledgeable. Ria had been hired because they were trying to improve diversity in the shop with a view to address customer language barriers, which I believe is such an inclusive thought, with everyone a winner. Vodafone should take up Joe’s idea for their shops all over the country. Incidentally, they also found us a new plan which saved us lots of money.

Good service …
Went to my own provider EE/BT in Canterbury first to sort out a problem. Worse than useless! Then visited Vodafone a few doors away and Joe was most helpful even though I explained that I wasn't one of their clients and just needed a technical term solved.

Tom from the Canterbury branch couldn't…
Tom from the Canterbury branch couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable, he's taken care of 3 issues for me today, saved me 20 pounds a month and I pick up a new phone in a couple of days that I wouldn't have even known about until I visited the store today. He even pointed out the free pixel buds I can register for. Thanks a million Tom!

Massive problem resolved properly
Had a massive issue with my other half’s phone. From day one when the problem started we popped into the store and the team where massive help especially to Joe and his team in CANTERBURY. My other half is easily stressed and overwhelmed but the team in Canterbury they made sure to explain everything clearly and in a way she understood and was a very comfortable experience

Fantastic and helpful
