Vodafone UK - Canterbury Avis 

I receive constant quality service from Joe, always helpful and polite.

On the 6 March 2026 I an my wife visited the Vodafone Canterbury shop. During our time there we were helped out by a lady called Riya as we both had problems with our telephones. With regards to this we would like to complement Riya on her professionalism, her willingness to help no matter what the problem was, her style of communication and willingness to chat and explain things in a clear and concise manner and finally her overall most pleasant attitude. In our opinion Riya was/is a credit to Vodafone and it is our hope that this feedback will help her in the future.

Edward from Vodafone, the service was very easy and quick to deal with Edward. He was nice, kind and supportive.

Very helpful staff in the Canterbury store - explained everything clearly & made sure I understood the product I was purchasing- allowing me to try for 2 weeks & return if not satisfied

Amazing service,
I don’t even know where to start. The store manager Joe was so incredibly helpful when I was looking to upgrade my phone. He sat with me for an hour and talking me through all the deals I can get. As well as Ed being so helpful as well. Joe was so easy to talk to and was super friendly and so easy to have a laugh with which made the experience 10x better. Thank you for putting up with me being incredibly difficult.

My husband and I dropped into the Canterbury Vodafone shop as I had a problem with some sound issues on my phone.
We had bought the phone a couple of years ago from that very shop.
We were served by a very knowledgeable, polite and friendly Staff member called George.
After he had successfully fixed my phone, My husband, who also had bought his phone and contract at the same store asked about an upgrade. George talked him through exactly what he would require from a phone and looked at his history online and found that he didn’t use much of the Internet, so he found the perfect phone for my husband and we were more than happy. Vodafone its self is lucky to have staff members like George, and I hope he gets some sort of recognition.
We are very happy Vodafone customers.

I had a really lovely experience at the Vodafone store in Canterbury and I want to give special credit to Joe, the store manager.

From the moment I walked in, Joe was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. You can tell straight away when someone enjoys helping people — and Joe truly does.

I was so impressed by his professionalism and warm attitude that I even tried to look him up on social media afterwards, just to leave a positive comment — but I couldn’t find him anywhere. So I’m writing this review instead, because great service deserves to be mentioned.

Thank you, Joe, for making my visit such a pleasant one. Vodafone Canterbury is lucky to have you. Highly recommended!

Oh my days! After a terrible experience with another phone provider I offloaded my issue to Tom who was fantastic and actually listened to what I was asking and provided the exact phone and contract I was looking for with the best customer service experience I have evwr had!
