Fantastic service 5⭐️
Myself and partner had a great experience upgrading both our mobiles this afternoon in store at Carlisle, Jonny was very helpful and made it a hassle free service, we also had our 7 year old daughter with us he and the other two staff members were great and made a effort to chat to her and ourselves, fantastic store and fantastic staff Thankyou very much again!

Very understanding staff
I recently went into the Carlisle Vodafone to upgrade my phone and contract. I am hard of hearing so sometimes find this challenging when trying to catch all the information.
