Jade was very friendly
Jade was very friendly, smiling and helpful with what I needed. She knew lots of information and gave me tips that I would have no clue of myself. She held the door for me on my way out aswell due to my mobility aids. A lovely woman inside and out!

Jade is the best
My wife got a new phone sent from Vodafone and I inherited her old phone. We tried to set them up at home and got nowhere, went to our Carlisle branch and were guided through the whole process by Jade. We found her so professional and nice at the same time, she went above and beyond and had us both up and running with our phones. Customer service at its best with a smile

Recently i was in the Carlisle store …
Recently i was in the Carlisle store one of your assistant’s a young lady by the name of Liv went above and beyond her duties I’m sure.
I had wanted to purchase a phone, unfortunately as Christmas is a very busy time of year there just wasn’t the availability for my requirements at that time.
Liv looking into so many options, she was patient and concise with her information.
I am a more mature customer, and I really appreciate her knowledge.
I returned today with a new phone Liv was again outstanding, we set the new phone up and I’m happy to say because of this I remain a loyal customer to Vodafone.
