Vodafone UK - Carlisle Avis 

Our assistant Jade was the most wonderful helpful person I have ever encountered in a customer service situation.
She was able to sort out the problem with my husband's phone that I had been told at a different Vodafone branch could not be solved. I am so grateful for her help

Jack was really knowledgeable about all phones and devices. He gave me lots of useful info for the Google pixel I chose! He made the whole process easy and stress free. A very friendly guy to deal with too. Thanks Jack.

The Staff are just lovely. I was greeted by Dan who came over immediately to ask how he could help and then Jack who sorted out my new Tariff.
Very helpful lovely staff. I am not especially au fait with all the new phones but Staff here at Carlisle Vodafone are knowledgeable friendly and helpful.

Jade was great when I came in to store on Saturday. She explained how to set up WiFi and gave me other information I needed about this. She was really nice throughout my visit. Nothing was too much trouble.

I called into Carlisle store on 19.08.25 and spoke to Nathan about upgrading my broadband which was not possible at this time, so he looked at my other account and was able to lower my monthly bill by an amazing amount, while going through each account he explained everything that he was doing and what was going on in great depth. So grateful for his help

Well Liv was over and above today nothing was a problem such patience and so very informative, she is a credit to the company. So good that my partners gone from EE to Vodafone. Amazing from start to finish thank so so much.

I went into the Vodafone Shop-Carlisle on the 4th Aug ‘25. 10/10 service from Jade.
I had a problem with an iPhone I’d got on contract from Carphone Warehouse.
Jade was more than helpful and sorted the problem I had with my phone.
Considering the problem was with Carphone Warehouse not Vodafone I will certainly be getting my next contract from Vodafone.
Jade is definitely an asset to Vodafone.

Whilst I was at the Vodafone Shop in Carlisle, I was served by a very bubbly Sales Assistant who was named Jade. She assisted me in getting a great deal on the Samsung Z Flip 7! The process was quick and easy, Jade was very informative and was reassuring me during the interaction with her.

I went into the Carlisle store to buy a new phone for my mum. I have had some issues with debt so I was really nervous about my credit check going through but Dan was such a sweetheart and kept my anxiety low through the entire process. My credit passed! And the transaction went through smoothly. He made sure I had everything I needed including a case, screen protector, and the right plug! The whole team at the Carlisle Store are a credit to Vodafone and they all got involved in conversation and we had a laugh! It honestly felt like I was sitting with a bunch of friends. Will definitely be moving my whole family over and I will be going in store to do so!

Came in today for an upgrade and walked away with the new Samsung flip 7. Nathan was exceptionally clued up on the product and had excellent customer service skills. We had a great chat in-between setting up the new contract ect and made me feel comfortable as a customer. Nathan got me a unbelievably good deal which I almost bit his arm off for but to be honest his service alone would have been enough to make this sale.
Well done Nathan and all the team. Best phone shop in town!

Went in the first day and Liv helped me out with the problem by making a manual payment.
Had to go back in the day after cause the payment had bounced back. Despite being on hold for 40+ minutes, and the operator not understanding simple concepts, she prevailed and got me a promise to pay, which unblocked my phone.

We visited vodafone to sort out our new phones and contracts. As the contracts were not straight forward, the staff at vodafone carlisle, mainly Nathan, helped us massively and helped get us a great deal on the phone and the package. He was very friendly and took us through a complicated process explaining everything clearly.

Myself and wife are not very good with technical things Daniel was brilliant with us done everything we need and was so patient

Jade who served us looked for the best deal to meet our needs today. She was friendly, helpful, informative and professional.

Went in to ask about an increase in bill costs recently and spoke to Dan. Well spoken and friendly fella who explained the increases were due to me being out of contract, found me a better deal and upgraded my broadband for cheaper than it is now. Didn’t sell me anything I didn’t need and described everything in a way that made clear sense. The other staff were friendly as well and hope they get to enjoy some of the hot weather.
