5 Star Service from Liv
I recently purchased a new phone at Vodafone Carlisle and the experience was second to none. Liv did a fantastic job of showing me my options as I was unsure what phone to go with. Credit to your store at Carlisle
We couldn't of asked for a more nicer kind helpful lad,Nathan talked us through everything and had time to answer and help us with things we weren't sure of ,nothing was to much for him.Hes definitely a credit to your store and if we have any problems and had to go back to the shop for help it would definitely be Nathan who we would want to deal with.

Such a friendly, welcoming store! Not only did I leave with a new phone but I got £10 off my new contract I am paying almost £25 less than my old contract with EE! They, especially Liv, helped me with everything and i couldn’t have asked for better customer service!
