My phone wasn’t working after just joining Vodafone. I met Arif he was extremely helpful. Very patient so knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get me the right plan, set up my sim, set up the app. He got me up and running. His attitude was brilliant, very respectful and kind. Will definitely visit again.

Arif was a life saver and solved a world class mix up by your 191 customer service team who switched my phone from business to consumer and in the process my number for 25years disappeared. I lost my number for 10 days and now thanks to Arif I have it back.
