Problem solved !!
Spoke with Garry , Shop Manager, about some confusion regarding connection in error to an old number i thought was cancelled!
Garry was excellent and very efficient in sorting the problem and also arranged an upgrade for me!

Fantastic service …
I happened to walk past the Vodafone shop in Hove in George street and thought I quickly ask about an upgrade. Half an hour later I walked out with a brand new iPhone 17 and couldn’t be more happier. Gary was so friendly and helpful and super professional
