Not only did she assist with this she also managed to have my mobile account reduced
So helpful. Polite. What I thought was going to to be a long drawn out process was over an done in 20mins

Customer service is fantastic i was made very welcome by Jacob who set about trying to solve my digital problems nothing was too much trouble i am elderly and not tec savvy he was so patient the fab manager Julie stepped in when needed she is amazing and doesn't get ruffled about anything I can't recommend the pontefract team highly enough thanks to you all

Fantastic customer service from Darcy this morning. We had a bit of a challenge renewing 4 separate phones and a new airtime contract but she was very patient and worked out a great deal for us, she's a credit to Vodafone!
