Phone purchase
Julie was absolutely amazing on both visits, got me out of a problem when my current phone would not charge, explained all the options clearly and let me make the decision. The phone chosen had poor battery performance, so I needed to go back with 9 days, I explained the issue, phone was refunded no hassle. I then went through the options again with Julie to pick the current phone. Service was fast efficient, polite, with all staff members engage and helping customers

Used the store in Pontefract, West Yorkshire, where it was a pleasure to have been assisted by Jacob. He was very kind and friendly throughout the entire process. Great experience
Jacob made the whole experience of upgrading effortless.
He was patient and understanding of my needs and took time to explain about the phone and device plans
Nothing was too much trouble and he did it in a very friendly, very pleasant and very polite manner.
Jacob is a credit to the Pontefract store and also to Vodafone themselves.
