Macarene at Vodafone Sutton Coldfield is brilliant!
I called into the Sutton Coldfield Vodafone store on Saturday 15 Dec to purchase a new phone. I was served by Macarene, who was absolutely brilliant. She understood my garbled description of what I needed; transferred my data; customised my new phone brilliantly so that I could use it easily and was really helpful and friendly throughout. Brilliant service!

Was well received by jag. Appropriate chair provided by jag. Told him the problem and he understood the situation and went about it and solving it. Refered to his colleagues necessary jubel and Mac. He also had the time and patience to deal with me, previous Vodafone shops I never got this level of customer service, and here it was very good and I am happy.
