Looked after by Warranty Direct when needed
I am usually reluctant to review something that has simply been an online purchase with no experience of usung the product, like renewing an insurance policy without having experienced a claim. However my previous car did suffer a mechanical failure while on holiday around 3 years ago. The Warranty Direct team were very helpful and quickly had the issue resolved. That is why I chose their policy this time.

Finding the right warranty
when phoning and speaking with the agents they were very helpful even though I kept calling to clarify different items only time will tell if ever I have to use it

Just taken out an extended warranty on…
Just taken out an extended warranty on my Citroen C5. I spoke to a very helpful lady and she explained everything to me. The price was very competitive, hopefully I never have to claim but I have got peace of mind just in case.
