As I was unsure which model to purchase he let me test drive the both cars and put me at ease with his patience and expertise, I will definitely recommend him to anyone wishing to purchase a vehicle

Recently bought a new ariya at Nissan cribbs causeway, which I love! The service by Ricky was amazing from start to finish! Very friendly and funny which made everything so much easier. My car had developed a fault and I needed it fixing urgently. I made three attempts to call the service department at Wessex Kia Gloucester, being cut off twice. The third time was answered, however I was advised that the service department was 'extremely busy' and that someone would call me back later in the day. I called again at the end of the day to be told the same thing.
I'm still waiting for that call a week later!
Being totally fed up with the lack of service I searched for other Kia garages locally and found a Kia authorised garage in Staverton. A totally different experience! My call was answered first time and my car was booked in for repair. The job was completed quickly and I'm back on the road.

we are a small business, they have had our van for over 4 weeks it needs a new gearbox they don't have one in stock and can't tell me when we will have a new one. we have lost business that we won't get back and have no interest in getting our van back on the road, we will never buy another Nissan van again, guys stay clear of Nissan, this is the only Nissan van we have thank god buy Ford much more reliable and if things go wrong it is fixed much quicker than Nissan idiots. this is more Nissan head office rather than wessex garage but they are all part of the same tea, do not know when we are having our van back just pathetic

Full range of Kia vehicles in a modern and clean showroom with friendly staff. I was able to test drive the car I was interested in and we came to a satisfactory deal on the overall cost of the car.

Minor things to improve: we bought a car that had been on display and the inside of the front and rear windscreens could have been cleaner when we collected it. Also, the tyre pressures were low and we got a warning light within 24 hours of picking up the car.

Avoid this garage.

Took my brand new Kia EV6 to Wessex Garages (Feeder Road, Bristol) because the centre console wouldn’t open. Lisa initially seemed helpful and confirmed that forcing it open might cause damage, but it would all be repaired under warranty.

After they forced it open, the lid was broken (as expected) but there were also new scratches on the main console body. I assumed these would be repaired. When I returned two weeks later, only the lid had been fixed—the scratches were still there. I was then told, incredibly, that their engineer didn’t cause the scratches, even though they admitted these weren’t there when I first brought the car in. They were effectively accusing me of causing the damage.

I was promised a call from the manager, Ryan. Weeks later, still nothing, despite chasing.

I won’t be returning. The lack of accountability and the implication that I was being dishonest were both unacceptable. I’ll use another garage and will be reporting this to Kia.

The experience at Wessex Garages Nissan Gloucester was fantastic because I am Wessex Garage Nissan Gloucester and I know how dedicated and how hard everyone works behind the scenes to get to the perfect handover... The experience was so exceptional, that my husband chose a Nissan Qashqai over all the many other test drives of different brands. The test drive on the New Qashqai 205 ePower was flawless and best driving experience. No special treatment because it was my husband..
