Luca was exceptionally helpful with suggestions after listening to our ideas and what we would like to incorporate into the design of the ensuite. He showed us several options and we discussed what would work well and look good. The result was a design in our budget and that will look great.

The store manager and staff at Wickes are fantastic and helped me get a hedge trimmer from another store that was outside of the delivery area. Prior to that, I bought some garden equipment and Wickes offered great value for money. I appreciate all they have done for me and am definitely going back.

Bought laminate flooring to collect
Bought laminate flooring for collection, and Nick was fabulous. He was incredibly helpful while we were checking the packs, and when we noticed that some were damaged, he was more than happy to replace them for us. Nick was super professional throughout and even made sure we were able to load all the flooring into our car safely and without any issues. Excellent customer service from start to finish—thank you, Nick!

Great service and communication
From initial design consultation and all the way through, Andy Watkins was a pleasure to deal with. Both professional and friendly, he took our vision and designed it perfectly. Excellent communication throughout, and of the couple of very minor issues we had they were resolved quickly and without fuss. As it was a new build he could incorporate all the features we wanted into a fully functional kitchen. The delivery guys were fantastic and respectful. Although we installed it ourselves Andy was on hand for advice any time. We would highly recommend Wickes.

Customer service is appalling on phone just hung up on me today been 2 months sorting this out went to store in Cardiff where I purchased item and very nice lady called Anna was 10 out of 10 went home phoned again and after 2 months lady on phone said to go to store again and pick money up could do with a call because thinking of taking this further P Daniels 07977938438 ps let’s just see if this is a waste of time writing this philip

We ordered a fitted kitchen to be fitted by Wickes appointed fitter
The kitchen itself is fine, a few minor issues, main issue was it took 5 deliveries of a sink base to get one that wasn’t damaged, caused us to be without water in the kitchen for 6 weeks. Customer service were very poor promises to return calls were not fulfilled
Now we have asked for some recompense to make up for the lengthy disruption and our requests/comments are being ignored by customer service
Be careful before choosing these guys they make lots of promises and cannot really fulfill them
