Wing Mirror Man Avis 

Ordered a wing mirror for my fiat ducatto van, fitted it and it did not show the side of the van, totally useless. Contacted them sent video as requested then have heard nothing for 10 days even though I have called them and emailed them. Do not use this company as they are selling goods not fit for purpose

I ordered a wing mirror casing, giving full details including car reg. The casing arrived and did not fit.

The company makes you set up an online account and fill in all manner of information on their website before you can even request a refund. Their online system is designed I presume to make you give up bothering..but I didn't give up!.

There is an extended wait before they even approve your refund request and send you postage details. You just see "pending" on the account. When eventually they approve the refund request and you return the item, there is then a further extended wait and more time "pending" while they inspect the returned item. They received my returned item on 9th Jan (I have the Post office tracking as proof) and they finally approved repayment on 12th Feb

Even the payment was made slowly using a "payment reversal" rather than bacs and took 5 days.

I bought the casing on Dec 13th 2025. The refund arrived in my account on 17th Feb 2026. I should not have had to spend this time chasing or waiting for this money. Of course they could be very busy with mountains of refund claims as they are clearly untrustworthy. Don't use them!

Ordered a ‘custom fit passenger wing mirror cover’- received after 6 weeks an appalling quality and wrong item for the make and model of my car- refused refund as it was a ‘custom item’. Literally a flimsy piece of plastic that looks as if it has been spray painted by a child

Purchased an item in Dec 25 and after a number of phone calls made to them and a lot of poor excuses and promises from them I still haven’t received my item.
The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. If you see a good review it’s a lie. After reading other reviews of how bad this company is, I now find myself chasing a refund through my credit card company “The people who own and run this company are nothing but criminals. They take hard working peoples money and don’t deliver the goods. Trading standards should be made aware and this company and shut it down for good.

At the beginning of 2025 I ordered a replacement mirror for my car from Wing Mirror Man. I supplied the model and year details. What I did not realize- my own fault- was that these details were used by the company only to find the paint code for the cover. The mirror was delivered but it was not the correct one for my car. It had been “customized” (the separate cover had been painted the correct colour for my car), which, as the website stated, meant it was ineligible for a refund.
As the mirror itself was generic to an earlier model, I reasoned that I should pay for the cover but should receive a refund for the mirror, which, as it had not been fitted and was in its original packaging could have been resold as new. This was in keeping with my expectation that parts bought in error would be refunded, as is the case with most parts suppliers. When I contacted Wing Mirror Man, I was told that if I bought another cover, in primer, and returned both mirror and cover, a refund would be given. Subsequently, Wing Mirror Man stopped communicating with me. I tried to get in touch with the company through the address given for the company by Companies House, even sending a Signed For letter. I waited in vain for a response.
Whilst the company was probably within its rights to refuse a refund because the item was “customized”, the reality was that my request could easily have been granted at minimal cost to the company. I would advise anyone tempted to buy from Wing Mirror Man to look elsewhere first (I fixed the mirror eventually by purchasing a used one from a breaker, for less than half the £200+ I paid Wing Mirror Man). The large number of negative reviews of this company suggests others would agree

I ordered a wing mirror which cost me £300 every time I rang for an update, there was a different story to where it was in the process. I never received any email responses, and when I finally got a Royal Mail number, they never received the product for over two weeks. I had to call the bank as they refuse all liability! Do Not Use.

Ordered my cover and mirror for a Tesla model x - they seemed knowledgeable and took payment - delivery deadline passed I and was told it would be the following week, quite unapologetic and self assured arrogant tone on the phone from their staff. They also took payment twice ! promised to refund right away - they did not - called back they said it has been refunded - my bank said it wasn't - still in dispute to get my money back and my order still has not arrived - go else-were or be ready for a rough ride !

I wavered between providing three or four stars for this company. Three stars for the poor communication but four stars because I did receive the product I ordered. Why not five stars then? Lack of comms and taking an entire month. If it should take a month, then communicate this to the customer.

I paid £638 for a Tesla model 3 wing mirror, complete unit plus the housing. Additionally, I paid for the housing to be painted the colour of my car.

I ordered on the 8th December 2025 and received it around the 10th January 2026.

I was stupid and didn't come to Trust Pilot before ordering, because if I had I probably wouldn't have placed my order. However, the company did send me the item, it's now installed and after one week, it's working as advertised. I could not find another British company that was selling a complete unit and paint it. I could have gone to eBay and bought the wing mirror, but I was very unsure of the provenance of these items.

I did do the leg work and find a local company where I could buy the correct paint and another local company that would have spray painted it, using the bought paint. In the end it wasn't necessary.

After about three weeks of no communication with the company I tried to do a charge back with my bank, but you have to wait 30 days before continuing. Additionally, if a company has provided a delivery date, you have to wait for that date to come and go before performing a charge back.

On the 6th Jan 2026, I used their chat system to cancel the order. The system says that once an item has started to be painted (as I requested) the order cannot be cancelled. Great, I hadn't been notified that the item was being painted, so I attempted to cancel the order but the chat bot would not confirm or deny that the cancellation had taken place. I thought it very strange that 10 minutes later I received an email stating that the wing mirror housing had entered the painting stage!

In the end, I did receive the product and I am happy with it. I just wish the company would be honest with all customers and state if they're having problems or cannot source a part. They do, or could, have a very good business.

Purchased a wing mirror that arrived faulty. I followed their return process and sent it back, but after they received it, they completely stopped responding to my emails. No refund was ever issued voluntarily. I had to go through the hassle of a bank chargeback to recover the funds. Disgraceful way to treat customers.

Great service and products. Very knowledgeable staff.Different options offered to me, Everything I required available plus an option to colour/ paint/ spray my mirror. I nearly canceled order due to previous vicious reviews.
My new complete mirror worked out a cheaper option than a 2nd hand item from a breakers.
Very happy customer, I will confidently use the again.

Don’t bother!! I ordered a replacement wing mirror cover in September 2025 they sent out the wrong part, I returned it straight away. Refund pending as of 2nd October 2025. It is now January 2026 and I still haven’t received my refund. Numerous emails sent, 6 phone calls finally got sent my payment reference details to contact by bank. No sign of the refund. UKs leading wing mirror specialists my arse!!!!

I spend 172 on a wing mirror over a month ago which has not arrived.
I’ve tried emailing 3 times and had no response, I’ve used their live chat on their website which you get no response on and I’ve used their query submission form which I’ve also received NO RESPONSE ON.

They will take your money and will not send or contact you after sending you a clearly fake confirmation email DO NOT PURCHASE

Ordered a wing mirror. The item was not delivered and I tracked the parcel which was out for delivery in a different town . I told them that the item was probably out to the wrong address but they said it wasn’t.
I then got notification of delivery, but it wasn’t delivered. I phoned and was told that they would sent proof of delivery but I haven’t received this .
The customer support is always the same , we will check and send an e mail, but they don’t ever respond unless I call.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. it’s a shame you can’t leave no stars. As many others have said, items weren’t received despite paying extra for fast delivery. I was promised delivery “tomorrow” which didn’t happen, then told a week later and only by asking again that the item was in their despatch warehouse, they still couldn’t give a firm delivery date so I cancelled. Waited a week for the refund. Nothing. Had to involve my bank.
They do not have anything in stock. They get their parts from a European Warehouse which in turn gets them from China. All of these orders are done in bulk so it could take up to 3 months to get what you ordered. You’re better off ordering direct from China if you want to save money and get your parts within a week.

This is a very competent efficient supplier to deal with BUT, the problem arises if you have to return the item for a refund. The refund never arrives, even though they had confirmed receiving the item back at their premises. Eventually I had to claim my £209 through Barclaycard.
So if you deal with this supplier, make sure you keep all your correspondence and postal receipts that your bank will need to see.

Ordered a painted power mirror for a mazda 3, read all the bad reviews after ordering and started to worry. No need to worry as it turned up in a week, works perfectly, fits perfectly and colour is spot on. Super chuffed

Bought a window regulator from this company, 1st September did not fit sent it back in October. They said they would return my money,l am still waiting, l phone them every week speak to Joshua he passes all my information to accounts they agree l will be paid tomorrow but tomorrow never seems to arrive..

Absolutly shocking customer service. Ordered a wing mirror and paid extra for express delivery. Never arrived then told they were awaiting stock. Eventually cancelled and asked for refund but not appeared in my bank! No reply to messages asking for refund. DO NOT USE.

Appalling customer service. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a replacement driver's mirror as my car was not drivable without. The mirror took weeks longer than estimated to arrive. I was unable to drive my car for all this time so managed to get the same item off ebay for 1/3 of the cost. I was assured by the website chat for WingMirrorMan that I could cancel and would receive a full refund. Now, on finally managing to speak to a real person, I was told that I can't cancel and there is no possibility of refund or return.
