Wiseguys brilliant again today - fixed a problem app on my laptop and some error settings on my iPhone. Wouldn’t go anywhere else, thanks again!

iPhone had a wobble - wouldn’t message and wouldn’t reboot…!!
I had seen great reviews for Wise Guys so didn’t look elsewhere, just went straight there and can confirm this as another great review.

Wow - what an amazing service and experience! Popped into Wiseguys to get my Iphone fixed, grabbed myself a tea in their lounge whilst i waited and within 15 minutes had the phone back. Couldn’t recommend this place more, nothing like it around! Thanks lads

Thought I needed a new ear speaker for my iPhone. Took it in and they opened it up and cleaned it out for no charge all while I waited in the lovely cafe. Works perfectly now. Brilliant service. Highly recommend.

Got my phone screen repaired in under an hour whilst waiting in the comfy Cafe area with a hot chocolate. Decided to a bit of work on my laptop whilst I was there, what a great space with really helpful and friendly staff! I will definitely be back!

Gave detailed and excellent advice on an email problem in a language a non-IT expert could understand. Had to practically force payment on them after they said there was no charge!

My PC fixed in 2 hours. An explanation of what was done. Cost me £20.

Had problem with my iPad. All sorted in five minutes, got it working, gave me valuable advice about not over charging my devices and sent me on my way. NO CHARGE!
Can’t recommend the staff highly enough

Brilliant service from Jordan at Wiseguys who spent ages on a remote call trying to fix a printer problem. The next step was to take the laptop in to see them and having tested that it printed fine with them, he then recommended another course of action - and it worked! Easy parking and a great cafe if you need to visit or they’ll set up a remote call. Will always use Wiseguys in future.

Attended a group chat at Wise Guys to improve knowledge on computers and phones! Jamie and JT were so patient, helpful and courteous which was so refreshing ! Bought a phone holder too for my vehicle which to date has been impossible to get with other companies
Enjoyed the best cheese and ham croissant prepared by their colleague in the cool cafe! As they say ‘I will be back’.

After a chat with Wiseguys everything was cleared up and sorted. Good service, very polite and helpful staff. Sorted my computer and transferred all my data etc to my new tower. Very much appreciated, thank you. 😊

I have been coming to WiseGuys lounge cafe since they opened. I have to say that I am extremely impressed with the wiseguys staff. In particular Jamie in the tech department and Kim in the cafe.

I can’t recommend wiseguys enough! (I particularly recommend the bacon sandwich and the donuts)

I just wanted go share some feedback on the Stanpit, Christchurch branch. I have recently been in the UK with a group of 37 students from Spain and had to attend the branch several times both for students (a smashed screen repair) and my own family members (also smashed screen, new covers, faulty batteries etc etc). On almost every occasion, we had the pleasure of dealing with someone who I’m sure must your youngest team member. I’m sorry I don’t know his name, but I wanted to let you know that his service was excellent. No matter how small or big the problem, nothing was too much trouble. He sent us away with the best of advice always and excellent repairs. His knowledge (especially given his age) is vast and his customer service excellent.

We came across WiseGuys after getting advice from a member of Staff in Currys who recommended them to help in dealing with the microphone not working on our relatives mobile.
Well, what a fantastic place! The Staff are really friendly and the attached cafe allows dogs. The Man ( I wish I'd got his name) who repaired the microphone in a matter of minutes, wouldn't accept payment and gave our dog a treat too!
A truly wonderful experience and we'll certainly go back even for a coffee. I wouldn't go anywhere else to have my mobile phone sorted. I wish I could give 10 stars!

These guys are geniuses and so patient with any computer/phone problem. Also the shop and cafe have a fabulous atmosphere. My husband and I have yet to have a problem they could not fix, often on the spot.

Well what a great shopping experience today in wise guys!

Have been taking nearly £40 from my Mum's account when she never signed up to it. Cancelled the direct debit numerous times however it get reinstated without permission!!! I have contacted them but no reply!!
Will be taking this further!

I just want to thank WiseGuys, for the excellent service we have received, it has been at the top professional level and we are indebted to them. Cornel has given me such a generous allocation of time, in order to sort out my computer problem. We are most grateful to him. 10/10 Service.

man called said you could do a better deal, @ £29.20 to cover items etc, I have had no paperwork/email detailing cover etc, come on pull said finger out or I will stop payments.

I can’t comment on the level of service as have never actually used their tech support however I recently discovered that they had cold called my then 78 year old mother back in 2020 (during lockdown when many of our elderly relatives were isolated) and convinced her to sign up to a quarterly direct debit of £27.99 a quarter to support devices that she does not even have. A service that she didn’t ask for, didn't want and didn’t use for over 18 months! Only 1 email ever received confirming the service (with no indication of cost), and no renewal notices. This email had not even been opened by my mother (her bad!). There is no transparency from this company, and I wonder how many others are paying for a service that they don't even know about! Check your bank statements!
