I've been trying to cancel my subscription for months and there has been no response to the communications sent. They gladly take my money every month though! An absolute terrible experience all around.

The young men that have helped me have been very polite, helpful and not condescending in any way . I am an older person and therefore do not understand a lot of the technology. They just really helped me. They are great !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Google Play bug
Called in yesterday with a "bug" problem on Google Play on my mobile phone. Couldn't operate the phone at all.
Within 20 minutes phone fixed and operational - and best of all - NO CHARGE.
What great guys these fellas are - couldn't rate them highly enough.

Laptop repair
When my laptop crashed, a friend suggested using WiseGuys in Bournemouth. In a couple of days they sorted everything out for me and restored all my data. When I called them the next day for a quick question Kieran was very helpful. I have already mentioned them to a few friends and would recommend them. Thank you WiseGuys.
