I chose an 'In-stock' Mini Aceman on the Zenith website based on the sales team's advice that using the in-stock filter would ensure fast delivery (2-4 weeks). That was the reason I proceeded with the quote through my salary sacrifice scheme.
My employer approved the order, and it moved to 'Oder Replacement' stage on 29th October 2025. Last week, I was told by the Zenith_order_fulfilment team that this stage could take up to 14 working days, after which the dealership would accept the order and contact me via call for a spec check.
Today (17 November 2025), I called again because we are already at 13 working days, and I have heard nothing. After a long hold, Zenith_customer_service told me there had been back-and-forth between Zenith's purchase team and dealership and that I simply have to wait. No ETA could be provided. I asked for contact details for the purchase team and was told that's not possible, as they only deal with dealerships, not drivers.
Despite being encouraged to choose an in-stock car and reassured about delivery timelines, I am now told to wait indefinitely with no information. I'm also concerned about potentially missing an unknown number because the dealership only contacts drivers by phone, not email.
Overall, I feel misled by the 'In-stock' promise and the unclear order process. I'm giving 2 starts for now and will update this review for others who may need this information before placing a quote.

There were some issues logging in initially, which took over two weeks to resolve. The comms from Customer Support were friendly and helpful however. Once logged in the process is very straightforward.

Order process has been really good with regular updates and instructions. The web portal when initially choosing a vehicle could be improved as it sometimes failed to load, and it was quite difficult to search and compare vehicles

Having worked with Zenith for many years , there have been ups and downs but the team we currently have are first class, faultless service , nothing is too much trouble ,compared to other leasing companies we use / have used , Zenith are the best!

all went ok so far practically and good level of detail when making the order. but no information in 10 days since i ordered the car and their website hasn't worked all week to just check the online account information, nobody replied to email etc.

Terrible customer service once you have the vehicle.
I had a flat tyre and am working at home, the vehicle doesnt have a spare. They advise 3 days for a mobile unit, other option AA to come recover the car and take it. Reported last night 30th October, still sat here at 2.23 nobody arrived and being told the AA might not even get here but nothing more they can do.Zenith customer services are absolute garbage. This isnt the first time I have had poor service, its just ridiculous they have absolutely no idea. No urgency in anything.
I know other lease companies who have someone out for a tyre change within 4 hours, not zenith
How are you supposed to do anything its a joke
