Too expensive

The prices are ridiculously high. A relative went through his salary sacrifice scheme and all there car prices were so much lower and affordable. I needed to get car a via salary sacrifice despite the cost.

The dates in which you gather a quote may generate a different cost to if you quoted with the same details on an earlier or later date. There could be several reasons why your relative's quotes returned lower than your own, including the time of quotation/order, the scheme they are on, and insurance details if placed via a salary sacrifice scheme. Such a poor experience

Such a poor experience. Like many others I ordered my car through Zenith months ago- in August with a November delivery date. This was then delayed to December but I was given concrete timings re shipment to the UK and estimated delivery. A week before my car was due to be delivered I contacted the dealership to check everything was going as planned. They said the car was now not going to arrive in the UK until January. At this point I had had zero communication from Zenith.

I reached out to them and said not having a car for the Christmas period was going to cause serious issues for me and my family. I was told they would look at options but essentially they are at the mercy of manufacturers.

Again- I heard nothing, a week later I gave them a call to follow up, it seemed there had been some back and forth but no alternative options shared.

The key issue I see is a complete lack of communication from Zenith, especially when there is an issue with an order. They also are unable to support in any way when there are delays leaving customers out of pocket. I’m now at the point where I’m looking to have to spend £1k to cover the situation through short term rentals. It’s honestly the worst service I’ve had in a long time, I have zero confidence my issue will be resolved and I would say avoid them. You might find elsewhere more expensive.. but at least it will turn up.

Unrealistic Timescales and Very Poor Communication

I ordered a Ford Explorer on 30 May through a Salary Sacrifice Scheme with an estimated delivery lead time of 8–12 weeks. A month after ordering, I called Zenith for an update and was advised the car was expected “end of August to early September.”

When I phoned in early August, I was then told “late November to early December.” I explained that I needed the car before the 9th of December due to holiday commitments. I was told they’d do everything to support. Just last week I was given yet another date… 9th January, due to delays. This was especially frustrating because in early November I had been told the car was already in transit to the UK and would need two weeks for inspections and dealer delivery.

We are now past 27 weeks, more than double the original timescale.

The biggest issue is not the delay itself, but the complete lack of communication.
• They never call or email with updates.
• You have to chase every
• And whenever you do, the update is worse than before, followed by “it’s not our fault.”

Communication is within their control, yet it’s the area they handle the poorest.

Their website continues to advertise misleading lead times, and their response is simply, “We have no control over delivery lead times.” My point to them remains: you may not control the delays, but you do control whether you update your timescales and set honest expectations for future customers.

Overall, the lack of transparency and proactive communication has made this a very disappointing experience.

Selection process was straight forward…

Selection process was straight forward but used cars didn't have a lot of pictures, the quote calculator is quite buggy and would sometimes calculate a higher quote then it should, the website wasn't the smoothest, there were small pauses and loading screens quite often and in some cases there were glitches where it wasn't letting me proceed to the next step.

Overall not the smoothest experience.

Overall a good experience and the best…

Overall a good experience and the best part was that they have all the latest cars in the list. Only downside is that the website is not user friendly it needs some modifications so that sorting and filters work properly.
