Jerome was very helpful
The salesman, Jerome, was very helpful. The blinds look fabulous.
I am concerned though, as I was told that your blinds don't fray. The reason I replaced the blinds in the lounge was because one of them was fraying. The blinds were installed last Wednesday, 1 week ago. I have been extremely careful to ensure that the chains are kept away from the blinds when the blinds are raised and lowered. Theo, the installer, said that fraying occurs when the blind roller is not perfectly horizontal, which causes the blind to rub against the brackets. This morning, when I raised one of the linked blinds in the lounge area, I noticed two placed where fraying had stated. I was stunned to see this after only 1 week after the installation.

Good and friendly communication from initial contact, dealing with sales rep and installer. Efficient sales rep, very knowledgeable , Appointment arranged and met. Blinds & door made within timeframe suggested. Installer kept in contact pre installation; appointment time met. Installation completed by the professional installer in a timely efficient manner. Items installed/fitted with no issues with sizes etc .
The blinds and doors have met my expectations.

the blinds were ready in under 6 weeks…
the blinds were ready in under 6 weeks and i was very happy with them except for a black mark in the middle of one blind
the Help service was very responsive and Wynstan
are replacing the blind with the mark on it,
I have not yet received the replacement blind but so far the service has been great

My only criticism is the warranty and the manufacturer recommended ways to look after the product is in a downloadable version. No one prints and supplies care instructions to owners.
I’m very satisfied and happy with my product I purchased.

Still waiting for communication and gate.
The guy to measure was prompt and accurate. The installer booked a time, and to his credit kept updating as his arrival was delayed. However, once he said he was complete, he demanded full payment immediately before he left. Only as he was on his way out, we noticed the door was dented. As if the installer did not notice while installing. He then removed the security gate leaving holes in the frame and said they would remake it. Now it is four weeks later, no communication, no gate, damaged frame and no leverage as we paid in full. Stay away from Wynstan with a Y.
