Benjamin was IT support for me as well as the first person I talked to through Xiber. for me from initial start up of the service, I have never had such knowledgeable and competent support from previous internet providers. I’m excited to try the service for the first time and know I will be good hands if I run into any problems in the future.

Friendly & Fast!
My tech, Benjamin, was extremely friendly, prompt, personable, and helpful. He got my issue resolved in about 30 minutes - and half that was because I was doing chores while I helped him with reconfiguring wires on the router.
